The directors of the infection management departments of the three hospitals reported on the summary of infection management in 2021, the annual infection monitoring data, and the 2022 infection management plan. Summarize around the system construction, quality management, full training, improvement of equipment and facilities, employee occupational protection, emergency handling, activities and achievements in the previous year; monitoring data covers infection cases, infectious disease management, occupational injuries and other hospital sense work; the annual work plan will be the previous year's deficiencies analysis and improvement, proposed to continue to implement the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, continuous monitoring, reduce the risk of infection management in employee hospitals, and release quarterly reports on infection control work quarterly. Members had a lively discussion on the summary and plan of the Committee's work in 2022.
Member Teng Junyan affirmed the summary of the work of the Infection and Infection Management Committee in 2021 and praised the prevention and control of the new crown epidemic in the hospital. She pointed out that in the past year, on the one hand, the hospital has strictly grasped the hospital sense and epidemic prevention and control, continuously improved the system and process, and improved the equipment and facilities; on the other hand, it has continuously improved the patient experience, ensured the safety of doctors and patients, and met the needs of the people for medical treatment. Hospital sense work involves the whole process of patients from admission to discharge, running through every detail of treatment and nursing, and must always pay attention to escort the normal development of hospital medical work.
Finally, Vice President Cao Xiangyang summed up and put forward three requirements: First, in terms of epidemic prevention and control, the current global epidemic situation is high, many places in China have reported local confirmed cases, the epidemic prevention and control situation is severe and complex, and we should continue to implement the prevention and control policy of "rapid response and high sensitivity", strictly implement various prevention and control measures, and consolidate individual prevention and control responsibilities. Second, the three-level system of infection management should continue to play a role, and the committee, the infection management department, and the clinical infection management team should clarify their responsibilities, dig deep into all aspects of the occurrence of infection, including people, environment, systems, procedures, etc., analyze the factors of infection, and carry out continuous improvement. Third, our hospital has carried out a grid management model, which has built a good platform for achieving efficient and integrated operation of epidemic prevention and control. At present, it is necessary to strengthen grid management and services, promote the downward shift of the focus of hospital infection prevention and control, and the responsibility to people, so that the hospital infection management work is more secure and more sustainable.
