2. Recruitment targets

Candidates for recruitment must meet one of the following clauses (a) and (b):

(1) Fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2022.

(2) Institutions and academic requirements.

1. Graduate students, undergraduate students majoring in teacher training in provincial key normal colleges or undergraduate students of national "double-first-class" construction colleges and universities;

2. The art major is relaxed to the undergraduate students of 31 independently set up undergraduate art colleges of the Ministry of Education, and the position of physical education teacher is relaxed to the undergraduate students of 14 national key sports colleges;

3. Pingliang Mechanical and Electrical Engineering School Vocational Education Professional Teacher Position Recruitment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities Undergraduate Admission and Above Graduates.

3. Recruitment conditions

(1) Abide by discipline and law, be honest and trustworthy, have good conduct, and have no bad records;

(2) Love the cause of education, have strong learning ability, practical ability, communication ability, teamwork spirit and professionalism;

(3) Under 35 years of age (born after January 1, 1987) in good health;

(4) Graduation certificates, degree certificates, and employment report cards should be obtained on schedule;

(5) No criminal record, no record of punishment, or is currently undergoing a review of violations of discipline or law, where an investigation has not yet reached a conclusion, or other circumstances provided for by laws or regulations.

4. Recruitment procedures

(1) Registration and qualification review.

1. Registration time and location.

Online registration period: February 22, 2022 - March 2, 2022.

On-site registration time: March 5, 2022, 8:30-12:00 a.m

On-site registration and qualification review location: Student Development Center of Northwest Normal University

2. How to register. Online registration and on-site registration are adopted, and the position reported by the candidate must correspond to the major studied by the individual. Online registration is required to scan the materials required for registration into a color electronic version (PDF format), named with "name + professional" and sent to the mailbox of the [email protected] in the form of a compressed package, and provide the original for qualification review before the interview. The deadline for online registration is 18:00 on March 2, 2022, which is subject to the email sending time.

Documents to be submitted:

(1) Registration form.

(2) Self-nomination materials.

(3) ID card, student ID card, academic transcript (issued by the school's academic affairs department and stamped with the official seal).

(4) Employment recommendation. It must be an employment recommendation provided by the employment department of college graduates, which focuses on the major studied, no record of violations of law and discipline, and whether to agree to the recommendation.

(5) Employment agreement.

3. Eligibility check.

The qualification review is organized by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, with the cooperation of the Education Bureau and the recruitment unit, and the qualification review will be conducted at the Student Development Center of Northwest Normal University on the morning of March 5, 2022.

(2) Application qualification review and interview assessment. Before the interview, the county human resources and social security bureau will organize and the education bureau will cooperate with the qualification review, and the materials provided for the review will be consistent with the information provided for the registration. Candidates who have passed the qualification review shall conduct interviews in the form of lectures in accordance with the "Gansu Provincial Measures for the Open Recruitment and Interview of Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools and Kindergartens" (Gansu Education Department [2013] No. 73). The interview score is scored on a 100-point scale, and the score is calculated by removing a maximum score, removing a minimum score, taking the average of the other examiner's scores, and retaining two decimal places in the score. In principle, the ratio of interview assessment and examination is not less than 3:1 (the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of recruitment plans), and if the number of applicants and the number of introduction plans do not reach the ratio of 3:1, the interview score of the test takers must reach more than 80 points, otherwise they are not allowed to enter the next link. (3) Signing of agreements. (4) Review of employment qualifications. Led by the county human resources and social security bureau and coordinated by the education bureau, an inspection team is formed to investigate the ideological and political performance, compliance with discipline and law, moral character, etc. of the personnel to be introduced, focusing on reviewing the relevant documents and personnel files of the personnel to be introduced and forming written conclusions. Where the review is unqualified, the employment qualifications shall be cancelled, and the vacant posts shall not be filled.

(5) Organize physical examinations. Medical examination and re-examination are at your own expense. If there is a physical examination that fails, the re-examination shall be carried out once, and the result shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination. Vacancies that fail to pass the re-examination or who give up the physical examination will not be filled.

(6) Publicity. According to the results of interview assessment, review and physical examination, the county human resources and social security bureau will organize and the education bureau to cooperate to determine the personnel to be hired, and publicize them on the Jingning portal for 5 working days to accept social supervision.

(7) Handle filing and employment formalities. At the expiration of the publicity period, the county human resources and social security bureau shall organize and the education bureau to cooperate with the personnel who have no objection to the publicity, and report to the municipal human resources and social security bureau for the record in accordance with the procedures, and the personnel for filing and approval shall sign an employment contract in accordance with the prescribed procedures, handle the formalities for hiring and entering the staff, and honor the corresponding treatment.

(8) Preferential policies. For those who meet the preferential conditions for urgently needed talents in Jingning County, the relevant treatment shall be implemented in accordance with regulations.

V. Epidemic prevention and control
