What should new civil servants pay attention to?

author:Said before and after the public examination

After painstakingly being admitted to the civil service, do you think your journey is over?

However, you are just getting started. As a person who has come over, I have come to share my views based on my experience.

One month after entering the job, initial understanding.

Two months into the job, rough understanding.

Three months after entry, basically qualitative.

What should new civil servants pay attention to?

The so-called passing of the pass, "passing the pass" refers to how each new person deals with internal and external matters after entering the job; "Chopping" refers to gaining the approval of others and the impression you leave on others. Only after going through this can you truly integrate into your department.

The first level of entry: do you need to visit the door

When a new person enters the unit, he knows only a limited number of people and things. In order to integrate into the collective as soon as possible, do you need to go to various departments and leaders, and colleagues to greet you?

Generally speaking, on the first day of employment, someone (the person who originally recruited you in) will introduce you to other colleagues, and during this period, everyone will have a vague impression of you.

A few days before you start, you don't need to run around the room. The person who gets acquainted with his office first, excessive enthusiasm does not bring good memories, even if he can remember you. The most appropriate way to promote is to introduce yourself appropriately when you need the cooperation of other departments to handle daily things. When I first joined the department, I also struggled with whether to introduce myself, thanks to asking my colleagues in the same office, colleagues said: "There is no need, today Monday, everyone has more things, you usually work with understanding, two weeks people will know almost." Sure enough, after two weeks, I knew pretty much.

Basically, as long as you are on the job for two months, your leaders, colleagues and the departments and colleagues that you will intersect in the future will all know and deal with. (There will basically be no intersection in the future work that has not been encountered) Therefore, there is no need to rush.

The second level of entry: how to deal with extraneous things

What should new civil servants pay attention to?

Every newcomer has just entered the unit for a few months, and they will spend an awkward period. When you are not familiar with the people around you. When I first arrived at the unit, I was stupid and didn't understand anything. With a good impression on leaders and colleagues, every day the work is the first to arrive, the last to go. Usually, when I encounter something, I will be the first to rush ahead, and slowly, I find that I have to do more and more things.

Until once, an aunt in the same office pulled me at lunch and said to me, you go on like this, things will be more and more, the effect of doing things will be worse and worse, some things should be done, some things do not need you to do, the heart to know...

After this incident, I found that not everything was rushed to do, and after the workload returned to normal, I found that getting along with my colleagues was no different.

After this incident, I summed it up, and it was I myself who did not recognize the form clearly and took over a lot of things. The people in our department were basically very good, and when I first rushed to work, some colleagues gently advised me, but I didn't understand it at the time.

When I first joined the company, many people would do a lot of things that exceeded their workload because they were thin-skinned and wanted to express themselves more. Before doing it, you have to think clearly, do you want to do it? How does it end after doing it?

Onboarding level 3: Control your emotions

At work, you may encounter all kinds of people such as unit old fritters, rumors behind your back, etc., but no matter what bad things happen, as long as you still want to do it, you must control your true emotions, because what you say in anger is often more deadly.

Entry Level 4: What if I do something wrong?

What should new civil servants pay attention to?

When I first started working, there was so much to do. I forgot to print out the documents I'd use for the next day's meeting and didn't think about it until a few minutes before the meeting. Although there was no major mistake because of the help of my colleagues, after the meeting, I admitted my mistake to the leader and promised that I would not make it again in the future. (Although the leader did not know it at the time) this matter until now, but I will always remember the embarrassment at that time).)

What is wrong must be admitted and borne, on the one hand, it is a matter of principle, and you can warn yourself in the future; On the other hand, you don't know if one day others, especially your immediate leaders, know the consequences of this and have the courage to admit it is the right way.

The fifth level of entry: how to improve yourself

Under the premise of ensuring that their own work is done well, they will carry forward their own advantages. Because I graduated from the Chinese department, when I was in college, I worked as an editor in the news agency of our school, and the manuscript was well written. After I have written a few drafts to my leaders, I will write any important manuscripts after that. Because of this skill, I can generally get any small benefits, and it will be much easier to take a personal leave.

The life of a civil servant after joining the company is not as wonderful as I thought, basically every day is plain, the salary is enough to spend, the welfare is good, the vacation is also more, and the free time is abundant.

If you are a newcomer who is about to enter the unit, you must not cover your head at the beginning and see what others do. Don't know how to ask (generally lead colleagues will be happy to answer your questions). It's true that doing more and talking less is true, and no one likes people with broken mouths.
