The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently organized a third-party testing agency to inspect the mobile Internet application (APP), as of now, there are still 107 APP such as Haoshitong Cloud Conference and Cloud Classroom that have not been rectified. The test found that 13 embedded third-party software development kits (SDKs) illegally collected user device information. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology requires that the above-mentioned APP and SDK should complete the rectification and implementation work before February 25. If rectification is not made within the time limit, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will organize and carry out relevant disposal work in accordance with laws and regulations.
