On April 28, 1997, a naked female body was found in a ditch in The Taishan Township of Taipei County (now Taishan District, New Taipei City).
Yang Il-song, a forensic doctor known as Taiwan's Sherlock Holmes, deduced after examination that the deceased, aged 15 and 6, was strangled from the front by a nylon rope.
There were three marks of blunt blows to the head, two of which were extremely deep, even revealing the skull, there were multiple obvious traumas on the chest and abdomen, five ruptures in the liver, and more than 500 ml of internal bleeding in the abdominal cavity.
The corpse's left little finger was cut off and wrapped in rusty thin wire to stop the bleeding, and there were traces of violations.
When it was found, the body was tied with 6 heavy iron mallets, which had been soaked in water for more than a week.
Medical examiner Yang Il-song said that even if she had not been strangled, it would have been difficult for her to survive.
So how much hatred and resentment is it that makes the murderer kill a young girl of a wonderful age? Who pushed her off the cliff step by step and put her to death?
Today's case is one of the most significant criminal cases in Taiwan, where the daughter of the famous actress Bai Bingbing was kidnapped by three kidnappers and tragically tore up her tickets.
But if we talk about his murderers, except for these three main criminals, the entire Taiwan media circles can be said to be accomplices.

The time came to April 14, 1997, this day Bai Bingbing was recording a program on the TV station, and at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, her brother and assistant Bai Yankun suddenly walked into the studio with a dignified face and shoved the phone into her hand.
Bai Bingbing was very surprised, the program was still filming, how could it be interrupted like this?
But seeing Bai Yankun's pale face, he signaled her to answer the phone immediately.
She didn't feel right, and when she answered, a man on the other end of the phone said in a somber voice, "Are you White Ice?" You immediately go to the Guishan Cemetery, where there is something about your daughter Bai Xiaoyan. ”

The studio was full of people, and in the few hours, the news of her daughter's abduction had spread.
At that time, Bai Bingbing could be said to be in Taiwan, known as Taiwan's "Yamaguchi Baihui", and when her daughter had such a thing, the Taiwanese media immediately caused a sensation.

Bai Bingbing's home was surrounded by hundreds of reporters with long guns and short cannons.
Some of these reporters directly surrounded the Bai family, some pretended to be peddlers and squatted near the Bai family, some tried their best to inquire into the police's actions, and some rented a hotel near the Bai family to squat day and night.
Since in 1990, Bai Bingbing's mother and daughter had been hijacked by gangsters, after being rescued, Bai Bingbing upgraded the security of his family's villa, and the high courtyard wall was surrounded by a high-voltage power grid.

There are also hundreds of news media in Taiwan, and these media compete fiercely with each other, and as long as they can attract people's attention, they have no bottom line, and they dare to send any kind of news.

On the afternoon of April 15, the day after Bai Xiaoyan was kidnapped, the kidnappers called and asked, "How is the ransom prepared?" ”

Bai Bingbing was in an extremely tormented situation until April 17, the fourth day of Bai Xiaoyan's abduction.
Around one o'clock in the afternoon, the kidnappers' phone finally came again, and they let Bai Bingbing drive alone and deliver the money to the bowling alley in Taoyuan Nankan at 3 p.m.

After hanging up the phone, Bai Bingbing discussed what to do with the police, who believed that their biggest enemy now was not the kidnappers, but the reporters.
The kidnappers were already suspicious, and Bai Xiaoyan's life would be in danger at any time. If you don't hurry up and get rid of the reporters, they can't do anything.
So they help bai bingbing sneak to another house, waiting for the kidnappers to contact again. During this time, Bai Bingbing contacted the director of the information bureau with the police and asked him to issue a ban and not allow media coverage of the case.

Later, After Chen Jinxing was arrested, he confessed that they had expected to release the little girl after receiving $5 million.
However, they saw a lot of media interview cars at the trading place, mistakenly thinking that it was the police, thinking that they had been tricked by Bai Bingbing, so they went back and poisoned them.
After killing Bai Xiaoyan, in the early morning of April 21, they stripped Bai Xiaoyan's body naked, tied six large iron mallets, and threw them into the Zhonggang platoon.
Three of them are tied to the neck, 2 are tied to the waist, and 1 is tied to the feet, with a total weight of more than 30 kg.
The kidnappers did this for one purpose, that is, to let Bai Xiaoyan's body sink into the water forever.
So why did the body still float?
To put it simply, the body will decay after a period of time in the water, and then the internal organs will produce gas, which will be lighter than water, so it can surface.

So on April 18, they called Bai Bingbing again, falsely claiming that Bai Xiaoyan was not dead, and asking her to give money to release people.
Bai Bingbing immediately agreed, and said that he could give a little more, and swore that he had not called the police.
The sinister and cunning Chen Jinxing and others changed 6 or 7 trading locations, but they never appeared.
For the next 4 days, April 19 to 22, the kidnappers did not contact Bai Bingbing for unknown reasons.
During this period, the police did not track their phone numbers, but the technology was limited more than 20 years ago.
Moreover, the communication equipment used by Chen Jinxing is commonly known as Wang Baji in Taiwan, which can randomly switch communication numbers and is not easy to track at all.
On April 23, the kidnappers finally contacted Bai Bingbing again and asked her to trade at Hsinchu Stadium at 7 p.m.
Escorted by the police, Bai Bingbing went to Hsinchu with $5 million, but the kidnappers still did not show up, and all the police intercom devices lost signal, and everyone returned.
On April 24, another magazine published the abduction of Bai Xiaoyan, with the headline "Bai Bingbing repeats the nightmare of 7 years ago, tea and rice do not think about beating the heart and liver for 168 hours."

Among them, Chen Jinxing's wife, Chen Suzhen, shouted when Chen Jinxing stepped into the house: "Ah Jin, run fast!" This allowed Chen Jinxing to escape from the police round-up.
Chen Jinxing fled for seven months, and in the process of fleeing, he also committed numerous crimes.
He kidnapped a Taipei County councilor and extorted 5 million yuan; kidnapped a businessman surnamed Chen and extorted another 5 million yuan; and another accomplice broke into a small plastic surgery hospital, asked the doctor to give him a plastic surgery, killed the doctor and his wife after the doctor helped them to plasticize, and violated the nurse, and then killed the nurse as well.
He also fought fiercely with the police during the escape, killing a policeman.
Chen Jinxing's two accomplices were later tracked down by the police, and they also engaged in a shootout with the police, committing suicide after escaping hopelessly.
Next, in November, Chen Jinxing broke into the home of Zhuo Maoqi, the South African military attaché in Taiwan, and kidnapped zhuo Maoqi's family of five.
When the police confronted him, a reporter from the Taiwan media called Into Zhuo Maoqi's home to talk to Chen Jinxing, and broadcast the contents of the call live on television, praising Chen Jinxing for his feelings and righteousness, and was a man!
This time, after difficult negotiations, the police persuaded Chen Jinxing to release Zhuo Maoqi's family and tied their hands.

Bai Bingbing is a bitter woman.
