I. Regarding the identification of "eight-child woman born in Feng County"
On January 27, 2022, a video about "FengXian woman with eight children" was circulated on social networking platforms. After verification, the woman involved in the video is now registered as Yang Mouxia, and her husband is Dong Moumin, who lives in Dongji Village, Huankou Town, Feng County, Jiangsu Province (later merged into Lizhuang Administrative Village). According to the application materials for the marriage registration of Dong Moumin and Yang Mouxia issued by Shao Mouzheng, the accountant of the Dongji Village Committee in June 2000, the public security organs obtained the clue that Yang Mouxia came from "Yagu Village, Fugong County, Yunnan Province", and immediately organized the police force to rush to Yunnan, together with the local police, focusing on Yagu Village in Fugong County, to carry out a visit and survey of Yang Mouxia's identity in the surrounding townships and towns, so that the relevant people could identify Yang Mouxia's marriage registration photos and real-life photos. According to a certain person (the former village cadre of Yagu Village), Yang Mouxia may be a small flower plum in this village (whose parents are deceased). According to the clues obtained from further investigation and visits, the public security organs found Xiaohuamei's half-sister Guang Mouying (formerly known as Hua Mouying) in Xiangcheng City, Henan Province. On February 9, the Physical Evidence Identification Center of the Ministry of Public Security conducted DNA testing and comparison between the blood samples of Yang Mouxia and Guang Mouying and the biological test materials extracted from the relics of Pu Mouma (Xiaohuamei's mother, who died in 2018), and the results showed that Pu Mouma, Yang Mouxia and Guang Mouying were all in line with biological parent-child relationship. On February 13, the Physical Evidence Identification Center of the Ministry of Public Security conducted DNA tests and comparisons on blood samples from Sang Mouluo (Xiaohuamei's uncle), Li Mouyuan (Xiaohuamei's uncle), Sha Moufu (Xiaohuamei's aunt), and Li Moumei's (Xiaohuamei's aunt), and was in line with Yang Mouxia's kinship. On February 20, the Physical Evidence Appraisal Center of the Ministry of Public Security conducted another inspection and comparison of the above-mentioned inspection objects, and the inspection results were consistent with the previous ones. Comprehensive DNA test comparison, consultation of Xiaohuamei Yunnan household registration book and investigation visits, it was determined that Yang Mouxia was Xiaohuamei (the registered name of the household registration is Xiaohuamei, and the date of birth is May 13, 1977, from Yagu Village, Fugong County, Yunnan Province).
In response to the problem that "the woman on the marriage certificate photo of Dong Moumin and Yang Mouxia is not the same person as Yang Mouxia", the public security organs investigated and found that Yang Mouxia's recent photo was taken from the Douyin video and circulated to the Internet after the map was repaired, which was different from the actual appearance. At the same time, due to factors such as skin aging, hair degeneration, liquefaction of fatty tissue and missing teeth caused by age, Yang Mouxia's appearance has also changed. On February 22, the physical evidence appraisal center of the Ministry of Public Security identified the same portrait features as the photo of Yang Mouxia and Dong Moumin's marriage certificate with Yang Mouxia's first marriage photo in Yunnan, the screenshot of Yang Mouxia's online video, the photo of Yang Mouxia's ID card, and the recent photo of Yang Mouxia, which reflected the same portrait characteristics.
In response to the question that "Yang Mouxia may be a missing woman from Sichuan, Li Ying", the public security organs have launched a special investigation. After the Jiangsu public security organs and the Sichuan public security organs compared Li Ying's mother with Yang Mouxia for DNA testing, the results excluded biological parent-child relationship. Later, the forensic laboratory of Nanjing Medical University compared li Ying's mother with Yang Mouxia's DNA test, and the results still excluded biological paternity. On February 20, after the identification of the Physical Evidence Identification Center of the Ministry of Public Security, it was once again excluded that Li Ying's mother and Yang Mouxia had a biological paternity relationship. Second, about the process of Xiaohuamei from Fugong County in Yunnan Province to Feng County in Jiangsu Province
After visits, the villagers of Yagu Village in Fugong County, Xiaohuamei's uncle, aunt and other relatives and informed people reported that Xiaohuamei followed her remarried mother from Puluo Village in Pihe Township, Fugong County, Yunnan Province, to Yagu Village in Zilijia Township in 1980, married in Baoshan City, Yunnan Province in 1995, and returned to Yagu Village after divorce in 1997. Xiao Huamei's relatives and villagers in the same village reported that her speech behavior was abnormal after returning to the village. During the investigation and visit, the masses reported that in early 1998, Xiaohuamei was taken from Yagu Village to Donghai County, Jiangsu Province by Sang Mouyu (female, born in July 1974, from Fugong County, Yunnan Province). After investigation, Sang Mouyu married Shi Mouzhong (born in April 1955) in Donghai County in 1995, and in December 2000, Sang Mouyu and Shi Mouzhong were sentenced to five and seven years in prison for other crimes of abducting and trafficking women and children.
On February 6, 2022, the public security organs filed a case and investigated Sang Mouyu and Shi Mouzhong for suspected criminal acts of abducting and selling Xiaohuamei. According to the confessions of Sang Mouyu, Shi Mouzhong and Xu Moudong (male, born in November 1965, from Donghai County, Jiangsu Province), at the end of 1997, Shi Mouzhong consulted with Xu Moudong, and Sang Mouzhong helped Xu Moudong find a daughter-in-law, but it cost money, and Xu Moudong agreed. According to Sang's confession, in early 1998, she took Xiaohuamei to Donghai County to sell to Xu Moudong on the pretext of introducing xiaohuamei to the object and seeing a doctor, and received 5,000 yuan in cash. According to Xu Moudong's confession and neighbor's statement, after Xu Moudong and Xiaohuamei lived together for three or four months, they found that Xiaohuamei was missing on a certain morning in early May 1998, and asked neighbors and relatives to search for two or three days without success. Later, Xu Moudong demanded 2,000 yuan of "compensation" from Shi Mouzhong.
Around the question of how Xiaohuamei went from Donghai County to Feng County, the public security organs launched an in-depth investigation and investigation. After further interrogation and digging deeper, Dong Moumin confessed that Xiaohuamei was bought in June 1998 by his father Dong Mouzhu through the introduction of Liu Mouzhu (a native of Huankou Town, Feng County). The staff of the Civil Affairs Office of Huankou Town illegally registered the marriage according to the information reported by Dong Moumin, and registered the date of marriage as August 2, 1998, and the date of birth of Yang Mouxia (due to a pen error writing Yang Mouxia as "Yang Mouxia") as June 6, 1969. According to Dong Moumin's confession and many villagers' reports, in June 1998, when Yang Mouxia first arrived at Dong's house, he was basically able to take care of himself and communicate with people, but sometimes there were performances such as laughter and sluggishness. Dong Moumin said that Yang Mouxia had told him that her hometown was in Yagu Village, Fugong County, Yunnan Province. According to Dong Moumin's relatives, after Yang Mouxia gave birth to his third son in 2012, the symptoms of mental disorders gradually worsened. On January 30, 2022, after consultation with medical experts in Xuzhou City, Yang Mouxia was diagnosed with schizophrenia. On February 19, after the judicial appraisal of the judicial laboratory of Nanjing Brain Hospital, it was concluded that Yang Mouxia suffered from schizophrenia, which was affected by the current mental state and it was difficult to contact and communicate normally. The results of the admission examination showed that Yang Mouxia did not find any other diseases except mental and dental diseases. On February 4, stomatology experts in Xuzhou City conducted oral examination and CBCT reading of Yang Mouxia, believing that Yang Mouxia's oral hygiene was poor for a long time, suffering from periodontal disease, no treatment, and some teeth gradually fell out. On February 9, experts from Nanjing Stomatological Hospital re-diagnosed that Yang Mouxia suffered from severe chronic periodontitis and believed that severe periodontitis could cause loose teeth to fall out. Fourth, about Yang Mouxia (Xiaohuamei) giving birth to eight children
Yang Mouxia and Dong Moumin have a total of 8 children, household registration information shows that the eldest son Dong Mougang was born in July 1999, the second son was born in March 2011, the third son was born in April 2012, the fourth daughter was born in November 2014, the fifth son was born in May 2016, the sixth son was born in May 2017, the seventh son was born in November 2018, and the eighth son was born in January 2020. The investigation found that after Yang Mouxia gave birth to his first child in 1999, he took birth control measures, and by 2010, Dong and Yang had no children, and the post-birth control measures failed, and 7 more children were born from 2011 to 2020. V. Regarding the suspected crimes committed by Dong Moumin and others
On January 31, 2022, the public security organs filed a case against Dong Moumin on suspicion of illegal detention. According to the testimony of Dong Moumin's relatives and villagers' witnesses, inquest inspections, judicial appraisals, documentary evidence, chains and other physical evidence, as well as Dong Moumin's confession, since 2017, Dong Moumin has carried out abusive behaviors such as cloth rope binding, chains and necks, and not sending him to the hospital for treatment when he was ill.
