1 Basic requirements Meet the relevant requirements of GB17945-2010 "Fire Emergency Lighting and Evacuation Instruction System". The main equipment lamp system of the supplier's equipment must have obtained the "Type Inspection Report" of the Centralized Control Fire Emergency Lamps and Lanterns in accordance with the GB17945-2010 standard of the National Fire Electronic Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The main equipment lamp system of the supplier's equipment must have obtained the "Product Type Approval Certificate" issued by the Fire Product Conformity Assessment Center of the Ministry of Public Security in line with the GB17945-2010 standard for centralized control fire emergency lamps. The supplier must have registered with the local fire department and obtained the programming qualification for dynamic evacuation emergency plans approved by the local fire department. The supplier shall provide all pre-preparation, design liaison, optimization design, equipment and material design selection, manufacturing procurement, supervision, inspection, interface debugging, transportation and warehousing, unpacking inspection, interface coordination, test debugging, acceptance (including electrical fire testing, testing of building fire fighting facilities and fire control acceptance), training, trial operation (including duty duty), completion drawing and until the full handover to the bidder all work, warranty, maintenance, training, return visit and technical advice within the specified period of time. The supplier shall assist in cooperating with the fire department and relevant departments to carry out the acceptance of the system and provide a full set of relevant inspection documents. Suppliers must give prominence to the anti-interference capabilities and measures in terms of equipment, lines, etc. in the bidding plan for the strong electromagnetic interference environment of the subway system, and give a clear explanation. The supplier must complete the system programming and commissioning. 2 system composition Suppliers should provide a complete set of intelligent fire emergency lighting and evacuation systems, including all relevant auxiliary equipment, centralized power intelligent monitoring type evacuation indicators to ensure that the requirements of the operation are met, the scope involved should include at least the following parts:

1) Central monitoring master station and communication module operation software

2) Controller extension and running software

3) Centralized control type sign light and running software

4) System programming and debugging

3 System overall technical requirements

1) System composition requirements: This project adopts centralized power supply centralized control fire emergency evacuation lighting system, the system is composed of central monitoring main station, controller extension, centralized control type sign light.

2) System power supply requirements: The controller extension adopts AC power supply, and the AC power is used by the AC220V AC power provided by the emergency lighting box in the area.

3) System communication requirements:

(1) The entire system is networked through the signal bus, and the central monitoring master station, the controller extension and output circuit, and the centralized power type centralized control sign lamp have a unique address code. The system and FAS should have communication ports and dry contact interfaces.

(2) The controller extension cannot use carrier communication for logo lamp communication.

4) System monitoring function: The central monitoring master station can monitor the operation of all circuits and all signs and lamps of the controller extension, and display the current system information in real time.

5) System control function: The central monitoring master station can monitor all the circuits and signs of the controller extension, and program the lamps and lanterns, and the programming control requirements should include indicating that when the fire alarm system sends out a linkage signal, the address-type signs and lamps can be issued to adjust the direction, flash the command mode and evacuate the lighting control target.

6) Installation requirements

(1) The central monitoring main station of the system is set in the car control room; the wall-mounted installation method is adopted.

(2) The control extension is set in each lighting distribution room; the wall-mounted installation method is adopted.

(3) Centralized power control type sign lamp adopts embedding, wall hanging, ceiling and hoisting method.

(4) Centralized power control type (ground) sign lamp adopts embedded installation method.

7) Noise level: The noise level of all equipment in the system should ensure that the noise value at 1m is lower than 45dB.

4 Central monitoring master station technical requirements

1) The central monitoring master station should be composed of a controller host and a linkage module.

(1) The lcd display of the controller host man-machine interface must adopt a color 320 * 240 graphic dot matrix, Chinese Chinese character display. (2) Central monitoring master input power ac220V 50Hz.

(3) The protection level is not less than IP30.

(4) The controller host should meet the requirements of GB17945-2010 on the centralized controller.

2) External communication requirements: The controller host of the central monitoring master adopts an RS485 or an Ethernet interface to communicate with the BAS system; or the linkage module of the central monitoring master station adopts the dry contact interface mode to connect with the FAS system, and the number of input and output port points is not less than 16 times as needed. The intelligent evacuation system should be able to unconditionally meet the communication requirements of BAS/FAS and should be debugged with BAS/FAS. 5 controller extension technical requirements

4) One address code for each controller extension; each output distribution circuit in the machine has an address code.

7) When the output mode is DC24V, the power return route and the communication circuit can be threaded in the same tube.

2) The sign lamp should meet the following requirements:

(1) Each lamp has a separate address code and sensor; (2) green LED is adopted, and the rated power ≤ 1W.

(3) Fault alarm when the lamp is in abnormal condition.

(4) Programmable control of lamps: non-continuous, continuous, strobe, direction adjustment, flow and other program control and other work modes can be carried out. 3) The protection level of the sign lamp is not lower than IP30. The protection level of interval and ground sign lamp is not less than IP65, and the surface compressive strength is not less than 8 Mpa.

4) The shell of the lamp is made of aluminum alloy, the panel and accessories should be made of non-combustible materials or flame retardant materials, and the panels should be able to withstand mechanical damage without fragmentation.
