"Park city" is not to build parks in the city, but also different from ecological cities, garden cities, green cities, etc., is a new type of urban and rural human settlement environment construction concept and ideal city construction model, is the "citizen - park - city" relationship optimization and harmony as an important part of creating a better life, by providing more high-quality ecological products to meet the people's growing needs for a beautiful ecological environment. All along, Chengdu has been adhering to the concept of park city development, building a new form of the city, exploring new paths for development, and promoting the creative transformation of ecological values. As one of them, longquanyi's park city construction also has its own unique path and results.
Longquan Section of Longquan Mountain Urban Forest Park, with an area of about 285 square kilometers, here, there are rare plant resources such as fragrant fruit trees, which are called "the most beautiful and moving trees in Chinese forests" by the famous plant hunter Wilson, and macaques "patrol the mountains" in summer to share the sweetness of peaches. Animals and plants coexist harmoniously here, and the park and beauty complement each other here.
At present, our district has built important nodes such as Baocang Bay and Huilong Bay in the Longquan section of Longquan Mountain Urban Forest Park. Since 2016, it has achieved more than 50,000 mu of afforestation in Longquan Mountain, and achieved remarkable results in improving the regional ecological environment, regulating microclimate, and protecting biodiversity. Longquanshan Urban Forest Park was also awarded the title of the first batch of national "Internet + national voluntary tree planting" base. Zhongjia Mountain, Zixia Mountain and other hiking trails, Peach Blossom Hometown Homestay, Tong'an Wangjiawan Viewing Platform have become a new punching point, the snow mountain and the city into the pocket, but also harvest the unique Chengdu people's beautiful park life.
Eight landscape parks, including Stagecoach River Phase I and Dongfeng Canal, were completed and opened, with 200 kilometers of greenways and 706 hectares of green space. In the past few years, Xingguang Road, North Hangtian Road Greenway, Steep Ditch River, Stagecoach River, DongfengQu Park, Dong'an Lake Park... Longquanyi takes the construction of the park city as a proposition, concentrates on answering, writes beautifully, "the way to work" and "the way home" become more and more beautiful and accessible, the park construction is integrated into life, and the park grows in the city.

The Book Delight Restaurant Bar in the first demonstration section of Stagecoach River Park will regularly hold public welfare activities such as children's picture book reading and parent-child handicrafts, while small gatherings and food tasting can also be done here. The park is at the door, and the scenery is seen when you look up, and this kind of park life makes many young citizens love it. On weekends, at The Dongfengqu Greenway Park, children can have fun in the playground on the other side of the river, and parents can spend the afternoon at the Yi Coffee Shop. Next to the 5,000-acre Dong'an Lake Park, public supporting facilities such as libraries and cultural and art centers are simultaneously constructed, and in addition to enjoying the scenery, people can also get the influence of culture and art, and perceive the beauty of a park in a three-dimensional and all-round way.
