Alleviate parking difficulties! A new underground car park will be built in The New Wu District.
Yesterday (2.22), the planning and design plan of the Parking Lot and Supporting Facilities Project of Nanxingyuan Parking Lot and Supporting Facilities in Xinwu District was announced before approval.
The project is located in the current playground on the southeast side of the campus of Nanxing Primary School in Shuofang Street, Xinwu District, and the construction unit is the Shuofang Street Office of the People's Government of Xinwu District, Wuxi City.
The construction land area of the project is about 11058 square meters, and the total construction area is about 9543 square meters, of which the above ground construction area is about 706 square meters and the underground construction area is about 8837 square meters. The building density is 37%, the plot ratio is 0.59, the green space rate is 35%, and the main economic and technical indicators basically meet the requirements of planning and design conditions.
From the general floor plan, the entrances and exits of the underground parking lot are located on Nanxing 1st Road.
The location of the project is as shown in the figure above, all the way across the road is the Shuofang Center Kindergarten, the surrounding area is basically surrounded by the South Star Garden, there are so many communities, and the future completion can alleviate the parking difficulty problem.
