Xuzhou City 2022 Urban Construction Key Project Plan
Overall plan
In accordance with the principle of seeking truth from facts, acting according to one's ability and doing one's best, it is planned to arrange five major categories and 90 key urban construction projects, with a total planned investment of about 188.4 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of about 50.1 billion yuan. Among them, the municipal investment is about 8.3 billion yuan, the district investment is about 12.9 billion yuan, the special fund is about 800 million yuan, the investment of state-owned enterprises is about 22 billion yuan, and the social investment is about 6.1 billion yuan.
(1) Major infrastructure projects. Take the initiative to benchmark provincial capital cities and national central cities, continuously consolidate the status of transportation hubs, accelerate the promotion of the first place of central cities, continue to amplify the radiation driving role, and arrange 19 projects such as rail transit projects, urban expressway network construction, and Guanyin Airport International Cargo Station.
(2) Urban road smoothing projects. Focusing on alleviating urban traffic pressure, improving regional supporting roads, and building a more scientific and efficient urban road network, 15 projects such as new construction projects of municipal roads, supporting road networks of residential areas, and supporting road construction of schools have been arranged.
(3) Ecological civilization quality improvement projects. Adhere to the ecological priority, green and low-carbon development, around the construction of beautiful Xuzhou, resilient Xuzhou, promote the development of the green transformation of the whole people, create a beautiful Chinese "Xuzhou sample", arrange 15 projects such as Zifangshan Mountain Park, rain and sewage diversion area transformation, Jiuli Lake remediation, pocket park construction and so on.
(4) Optimization of functional facilities. Focusing on making up for the shortcomings of urban functions, optimizing the layout of urban space, improving the quality of urban functions, orderly implementing urban renewal actions, and continuously enlarging the advantages of urban development, 23 projects such as urban renewal, water supply guarantee, gas supply guarantee, and fire fighting facilities construction have been arranged.
(5) Projects to improve science, education, culture, and public health. Focusing on promoting the coordinated development of culture, education, sports and medical care, effectively ensuring and improving people's livelihood, improving the efficiency of public services, and enhancing the people's sense of happiness, 18 projects such as primary and secondary school construction, kindergarten construction, hospital construction, and Xuzhou center have been arranged.
In addition, 10 preliminary research projects were arranged to carry out preliminary promotion work, and when the conditions were ripe, they were converted to implementation projects.
