Zhao Lihong, vice mayor of the Huai'an Municipal Government and director of the Public Security Bureau, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. On doing a good job in judicial administration work in 2022 and greeting the victory of the 20th National Congress of the Party with practical actions, Jiang Dongming made comprehensive arrangements from five major aspects. The meeting also watched the 2021 Huai'an judicial administration work feature film, and informed the performance appraisal of the county and district justice bureaus in 2021. The Huaiyin District Bureau of Justice, the Jinhu County Bureau of Justice, the Xuyi County Bureau of Justice and the Qingjiangpu District Bureau of Justice were rated as "2021 Excellent Justice Bureau for High-quality Development", and the Lianshui County Justice Bureau, the Hongze District Justice Bureau and the Huai'an District Justice Bureau were rated as "2021 Advanced Justice Bureau for High-quality Development".
