The quality of the ecological environment remains excellent. Focusing on the three major elements of "water, gas and soil", comprehensively sorting out the existing shortcomings, the "2021 Xunwu County Ecological environmental protection committee and the key points of the work of in-depth pollution prevention and control" was issued, and various improvement measures were implemented, and the quality of the ecological environment was steadily improved. The water quality of the state-controlled section Xingning Power Station and the provincial-controlled section Tuanfengqiao has reached the standard stably, and the water quality of the Taihu Lake Reservoir, the drinking water source of Jiuqu Bay and the drinking water source of thousands of tons of people in the township has reached 100%. Air quality, the average pm2.5 from January to December was 14 micrograms per cubic meter, and the proportion of good days was 99.7%, ranking 3rd in the city. The quality of the soil environment has continued to improve, the safe utilization rate of polluted arable land has reached more than 93%, and no environmental accidents involving soil have occurred.
Orderly promote the main ecological attack work. Since the launch of the ecological compensation mechanism in the Dongjiang River Basin, a total of 1.08 billion yuan of ecological compensation funds have been implemented, and a total of 52 ecological compensation projects have been implemented, of which 29 of the first round of ecological compensation projects have been completed; the second round of ecological compensation projects has 23, 7 projects have been completed, and 12 are being built. In December 2021, it was awarded the fourth batch of green water and green mountains in Jiangxi Province as the "Provincial Practice Innovation Base" of Jinshan Yinshan and the fifth batch of "Provincial Ecological Counties of Jiangxi Province".

In terms of blue sky defense battle, the gas-related enterprises focus on special rectification, supervise and urge industrial park enterprises to build waste gas prevention and control facilities in strict accordance with the requirements of environmental impact assessment and approval, and ensure that the exhaust gas of enterprises fully meets the standard emissions, as of now, the dust of 40 projects under construction in the county has been comprehensively controlled, 20 catering shops in the county area have been specially rectified and rectified, the county brick and tile kiln industry has been rectified, and 33 old diesel trucks have been cancelled and dismantled. In terms of the battle to defend the clear water, strengthen the protection of drinking water sources and the standardization of drinking water sources in counties, townships and villages, guide and urge townships to implement the main responsibility for drinking water source protection, regularly carry out inspections and sampling monitoring of centralized drinking water sources such as Jiuqu Bay Reservoir and Taihu Lake Reservoir, conduct comprehensive inspections of the waters upstream of the water intake, eliminate environmental risks, and ensure the safety of drinking water for residents. In terms of the battle to defend the pure land, the task of safe utilization of 1299 mu of polluted arable land and 159 mu of heavily polluted arable land control has been completed, a directory of suspected polluted plots has been established, the safe utilization rate of polluted plots has reached more than 90%, and the 15 key hazardous waste supervision enterprises in our county have done a good job in hazardous waste management according to requirements. In terms of special rectification work, a number of special actions such as special rectification of hazardous waste, livestock and poultry breeding rectification, and investigation and rectification of potential ecological and environmental safety hazards have been carried out, and the online monitoring facilities of 9 key sewage enterprises in the county have been promoted to be networked with the national development platform, provinces and cities, and the online monitoring facilities of 11 sewage enterprises have been networked with the county-level platform to achieve real-time uploading of monitoring data and real-time supervision.
Maintain a high-pressure posture and effectively guarantee the rule of law in the ecological environment. Adhere to environmental law enforcement as an important means of ecological environmental protection work, ecological law enforcement has always maintained a high-pressure situation. Throughout the year, more than 830 environmental law enforcement personnel were dispatched, more than 850 on-site law enforcement was carried out on 135 enterprises and institutions in the jurisdiction, 6 cases of environmental violations were seriously investigated and handled, and administrative penalties were 456144 yuan, effectively deterring all kinds of environmental violations.
Increase the investigation of letters and petitions, and continue to improve public environmental satisfaction. Continue to carry out the commitment system for the approval of environmental impact assessment of construction projects, increase the public participation and information disclosure of environmental impact assessment, conscientiously carry out independent acceptance or entrust third-party environmental protection companies with full authority to accept, and currently approve a total of 32 environmental impact assessment projects, disclose more than 134 relevant information on environmental impact assessment and approval, and complete 26 independent acceptance projects. In terms of petitioning and maintaining stability, a total of 16 environmental complaints of various types were received this year, all of which were completed, the mediation rate was 100%, the satisfaction of return visits was 100%, and the number of existing petitions was cleared.
