On February 16, International Flavors & Fragrances Company IFF announced the signing of an acquisition agreement with Health Wright Products. The acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of 2022 and the financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
The acquisition will bring formulation and end-of-product benefits to IFF's Probiotics, Natural Extracts and Plant Ingredients business in IFF's Health & Biotechnology Business Unit, thereby increasing innovation and speed to market for IFF's custom formulations and combinations.
