At present, the pilot area is demarcated, with a total area of about 19.68 square kilometers, which belongs to the pilot area (core area); at the same time, the total area of the industrial area of the automobile city is about 65.04 square kilometers, which belongs to the expansion area. Therefore, this project is a dual-domain development plan of the pilot area (core area), the expansion area and the topographic mapping of about 19.68 square kilometers in the core area.
