In recent years, China Railway 16th Bureau Group has actively served to build a new development pattern, deeply integrated into the national regional development strategy such as the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, given full play to the synergistic advantages of the whole industrial chain in the infrastructure field, and continued to increase the construction in the fields of area development, comprehensive transportation, ecological environmental protection, etc., to help the high-quality economic and social development of major national strategic areas. It has successively undertaken the construction of the Ertai Village Resettlement Area of the first phase of the urban village transformation in Baoding City, the second phase of the urban village transformation of Dazhuze Village, Qiantun Village, Xiazha Village, Zhongyang Village Resettlement Area, the third phase of the Urban Village Transformation Yangcun Resettlement Area Project, a total of 10,784 sets of resettlement housing, Sanfeng West Road, Xincheng South Road Municipal Road, and 5.5 kilometers of comprehensive treatment of the ecological environment around the city water system.

Baoding City Urban Renewal and Main Urban Village Transformation and Resettlement Area Project is a major people's livelihood project of Baoding City that is committed to building a "quality life city" in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei world-class urban agglomeration, and accelerating the construction of quality first, livable and livable new Baoding. The total investment of the third phase of the Yangcun Resettlement Area Project, which started this time, is about 6.37 billion yuan, with a total planned land area of about 11.30 hectares and a total construction area of about 503,100 square meters, including 20 high-rise and 2,886 sets of resettlement housing, with a construction period of 18 months.
After the completion of the project, it will further improve the urban quality of Baoding City, improve the living environment of residents, broaden the urban development space, and promote the organic combination of accelerating the urbanization process of the main urban area and promoting the virtuous circle of urban development, which is of great significance for relieving Beijing's non-capital functions, optimizing the development pattern of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei world-class urban agglomeration, and helping Baoding build a new pattern of Integration between Beijing and Xiongxiong.
Baoding City Ring Water System Series Projects concentrated on the site of the construction activities
The Baoding Ring Water System Series Project is a key construction project in Hebei Province, with a total investment of 7.35 billion yuan, mainly including five major projects: water conservancy project, water ecological treatment project, traffic engineering, accompanying river ecological restoration project and other supporting facilities. The project will be implemented in two phases, which will comprehensively manage and improve the ecological environment of the important flood control rivers in Baoding City - the South Ring River, the West Ring River, the Huanghuagou River, etc., and build an ecological ring water system integrating clear water, smooth rivers, beautiful scenery, fitness and leisure, and at the same time promote the comprehensive treatment of the upper reaches of Baiyangdian, the largest freshwater wetland ecosystem in the North China Plain, with high standards.
After the completion of the project, it will vigorously promote the combination of "water management" and "governance of the city" in Baoding City, and build an ecological pattern in which water and city are integrated and people and water are interdependent, which will play an important role in promoting the improvement of river and lake water quality, ecological function restoration and biodiversity maintenance in the WaterShed of Baoding Ring City. At that time, the ancient city of Baoding will present a new urban appearance of "clearer water, cleaner shore, more beautiful scenery and more accessible roads", effectively driving the tourism development and urban economic upgrading of the coastal area.
