General residents believe that lawyers are far away from their lives, lawyers' fees must not be cheap, in order to make residents feel the convenience of benefiting the people, they can enjoy legal services nearby, and the difficult groups can get legal aid in a timely manner. On February 18, the Nanyang Road Street Party and Group Service Center and the professional lawyer group of Beijing Yingke (Zhengzhou) Law Firm jointly launched a public interest legal consulting service activity for residents in the district.
In the activity, the two lawyers interacted with the service clients, in response to the legal problems reflected by the service clients, the lawyers used plain language, combined with the actual cases of daily work, to carry out "interpreting the law by case", focusing on answering the labor security, wage arrears, neighborhood disputes and other issues that are closely related to everyone's work and life, and Mr. Kang carefully solved the problems of the consulting objects from the perspective of the law, the residents and the third party, and provided legal aid for the obligations of the objects in need.
Through this activity, the legal awareness of residents in the jurisdiction was further enhanced.
