Malignant bugs found incidentally

The original victim of the BUG

The cause of the bug
In fact, it is not only the Night Blade and the Banshee Veil that cause Caitlin's Q skill to zero damage, but Morgana's E skill magic shield will also make Caitlin's Q skill a decoration. However, the duration of the latter is very short, and most of the time it is not easy to detect abnormalities. There is no response from the current fist official, but we can make reasonable inferences from the known information.
The Night Blade and the Banshee Veil both have the attribute of being able to withstand a skill attack; Morgana's E skill provides magic shields and immune control. In a sense, their protection methods are consistent, perhaps because of the problems in setting the program or code, which has led to the female policewoman's Q skill misjudging the target. Before the skill hits the opponent, it is canceled out by the shield on its own body by default. (The same reason why the piano girl's big move has no effect)
