Overall arrangement

Due to the epidemic, on January 10 (Monday of the twentieth week of the last semester), the school has started the undergraduate teaching work of this semester ahead of schedule and postponed the examination week. In view of the fact that the teaching progress of the courses completed by Jinhua and Lintong campuses is not synchronized with the start time, and many public courses are assessed in the two campuses, the school must concentrate on the whole school examination week, so the arrangement is as follows:

Lintong Campus

Classes officially started on Monday, February 28. Week 2 of the courses of the first week of the school calendar (February 28 to March 6) (the teaching tasks of the first week of the semester have been completed in the previous semester), and the teaching work is carried out normally according to the school calendar and the class schedule from Monday of the third week of the school calendar (that is, March 14).

Jinhua Campus

Classes will begin on Thursday, March 3. The second half of the second half of week 2 of the school calendar (Thursday, March 3 to Friday, March 4) of the school calendar (the first semester has completed the teaching tasks of the 1.5th week of the semester), and the third week of the school calendar begins on Monday (that is, March 14), and the teaching work is carried out normally according to the school calendar and class schedule.

School-wide exam week

In the second week of the school calendar (March 7 to March 11), the two campuses simultaneously make up the examination week of the first semester and arrange the unfinished course assessment tasks in the previous semester.

Any student who cannot return to school on time to take the examination week examination (including other final assessments) due to the epidemic situation (such as medium and high-risk areas) and who have been approved for graduation internship abroad will be issued a list by the student work department of each college and reported to each college and academic affairs office, and the school will arrange another time for the examination together with the students who have postponed the examination for his reasons.

Some in-class experiments

Due to the impact of the epidemic, the in-class experiments that have not been completed in the fall semester of 2021 need to be completed by the classroom teacher within 1-3 weeks, and the final course results of the students should be reported in a timely manner. Each college should report a summary of the experimental remediation.

Part of the practical teaching session

Due to the impact of the epidemic, the practical teaching links (such as metalworking internships, production internships, etc.) that have not been carried out or have not been completed shall be formulated by each teaching unit, and the weekends and other days will be fully utilized to complete them within 1-3 weeks, and the course results will be reported. All colleges (including engineering training centers) should report a summary of the make-up of the practical links.

Final exams for some courses

Courses that do not take the exam due to the epidemic situation or other special circumstances will be conducted from March 7 to March 11. Teachers must submit the examination proposition papers to the Printing Service of the Academic Affairs Office as required on February 27 and 28. Within three days of the end of the exam, submit the full course results.

Re-examination work for failed courses

The make-up examination for the failed courses in the fall semester of 2021 will be arranged by the school on Saturday (March 26) and Sunday (March 27) on the fourth week of the teaching week, and the specific arrangements can be found in the online examination arrangements for academic affairs.

Student status management

Due to the impact of the epidemic, the processing of student status will not be carried out for the time being, and it will be handled together in the next semester.

Teaching work this semester

Theoretical teaching

(1) Class time. The courses of the two campuses will be put on time according to the time and place of the class schedule, and in case of changes in the epidemic situation, the classes will be staggered according to the unified arrangement of the school (specific notice will be announced separately).

(2) Safety protection distance. Students sit at intervals during class and maintain a safe distance. When the classroom seats cannot meet the interval distance, the classroom teacher should apply for classroom adjustment in time.

(3) Postpone the teaching of returning students. For students who have been suspended from returning to school due to the epidemic or other reasons, the college will arrange for teachers to tutor these students individually, and teach normally according to the progress after the students return to school.

(4) Handling of sudden epidemics. If there is an epidemic situation in the class, immediately report to the school, and adopt closed management, stop offline courses, isolate in accordance with the unified arrangement of the school, and when the conditions are met, the course teaching will be changed from offline to online to ensure that teaching is not interrupted.

Experimental practical teaching

Carry out epidemic prevention (disinfection, ventilation, etc.) and hygiene work in all experimental sites before the start of the school year. Conduct detailed safety inspections of all experimental sites and experimental equipment in the school, check water, electricity, gas, fire fighting devices, etc., especially the inspection of dangerous goods, and eliminate potential safety hazards. Check the working conditions of the instruments and equipment to ensure that they can operate normally and ensure the smooth progress of experimental teaching after the opening of the school.

(1) Experimental teaching: Under the premise of strictly implementing the school calendar schedule, each teaching unit makes overall arrangements for the experimental teaching work in the classroom, and uses weekends and other times to complete the experimental teaching tasks that were not completed in the last semester due to the epidemic as soon as possible. In principle, experimental teaching should be done to make the laboratory staggered and open, and try to have small classes and group classes.

(2) Practical teaching: All practical teaching links (centralized internship, decentralized internship) are arranged in the province in principle, and the nearest arrangement is as far as possible. The relevant majors need to be applied for, reviewed by the college, and approved by the school before they can be implemented.

(3) Graduation internship: Each college formulates and implements the graduation internship work plan of each major according to the requirements of graduation internship, and the graduation internship is arranged in the province in principle, and the nearest arrangement is as far as possible. Returning graduates to carry out decentralized internships in the province must have signed a tripartite agreement with the employer and hold the employer's internship acceptance letter (the internship unit must, in principle, be in a low-risk area), and after individual application, parental consent, guidance teacher consent, and teaching dean approval and approval (must be filed with the student work department). Graduates who have not returned to school for decentralized internships, after approval and approval of the above procedures, in order to minimize the risk of the epidemic on the return journey, they can go directly to the internship unit from home (see the attachment for handling methods), but they must conscientiously do a good job in safety and epidemic prevention in accordance with the relevant requirements of the school, territorial management, and the management of the internship unit. The graduation internship instructor is the first responsible person for the quality of the internship and the first responsible person for the safety of the students, and it is necessary to do a good job in the education, management and assessment of students during the internship.

(4) Graduation design (thesis): The relevant work of the undergraduate graduation design (thesis) of the class of 2022 shall be implemented according to the original plan, and the instructor shall strengthen supervision and guidance to ensure the quality of the graduation design (thesis) and the progress of the work.
