In order to conscientiously do a good job in the special rectification of food safety in schools and surrounding areas, the Ankang Municipal Market Supervision Bureau issued the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in The Supervision of Food Safety in Campus and Surrounding Areas in the Spring of 2022", which arranged and deployed the food safety work of the school. On February 17, the Ankang Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, together with the Market Supervision Institute under its jurisdiction, conducted a special inspection of food safety around the Orchard Primary School and the Municipal Primary School in the central urban area.
The special inspection focused on food business stores and food vendors within 200 meters of the campus and its surroundings, and focused on fried food, seasoned noodle products, puffed food, etc., urging operators to implement systems such as claiming for evidence, inspection of incoming goods, and training of personnel, and strictly controlling the environment and conditions for food storage. Severely crack down on illegal conduct such as operating foods that do not meet food safety standards, "three noes" foods, expired foods, and spoiled foods, actively carry out special governance efforts for bottomless marketing of food for minors, and strictly prohibit business operators from purchasing, storing, and selling food that is packaged or labeled with pornography, violence, or bad inducement forms or content that endangers minors' physical and mental health. During the inspection, a supervision opinion was issued on the irregular business behavior of individual small food stores, supervising their on-site corrections, and inviting Ankang Television Station to follow up on the inspection.
