It is reported that the first phase of the Yingbin Area (Red Star Cinema Area) is located in the northwest corner of the intersection of Yellow River Road and Fuyang Avenue. The operation demolished a total of 4 units of public property (Cangzhou Film Company, Nanchentun Supply and Marketing Cooperative, Canal District Public Toilet Management Station, Nanchentun Town Government), with a total construction area of more than 900 square meters; demolished the houses of 5 residents, with a total construction area of 770 square meters.

The plot of Tongjian Building No. 4 was previously a residential building, and in December 2021, all the residents here signed a contract, playing the triumphant song of the first battle of urban renewal in the Canal District. Recently, the Canal Zone has fully implemented the deployment of urban renewal work, improved urban public facilities, beautified, brightened and purified the image of the city, and built the no. 4 building plot into a boutique amusement park.
The 65-meter-long and 25-meter-wide plot of Tongjian Building No. 4 is planned here, where a green landscape of greenery and height and low in all seasons is planned, and 85 trees such as wei spear, begonia, dragon claw locust and side cypress are planted, and the road is hardened. The landscape here combines landscape and practicality, forming an urban streetscape that can be both appreciated and toured.
