Personnel arriving in our city from Hohhot City, Manzhouli City, Zhalainuoer District and the medium- and high-risk areas where the epidemic has occurred in China, as well as key control areas, should take the initiative to report to their communities (villages) and units at the first time, cooperate with the implementation of corresponding control measures in the territory, and strictly investigate the responsibility of concealment, false reporting, and omission in accordance with the law. Where public employees conceal their travels, they will also be dealt with by the discipline inspection organs in accordance with laws and regulations. Residents who have a history of contact with returnees in Manzhouli should take the initiative to report to the unit and the community, and under the premise of personal protection, take the initiative to conduct nucleic acid testing and do a good job of personal health monitoring. All types of party and government organs at all levels and enterprises and public institutions (social organizations) should strictly implement the responsibilities of epidemic prevention and control departments and units, and advocate the simplification of funerals, the postponement of happy events, and the non-handling of banquets. In addition, the city also strengthens the management of key places. Passenger stations, schools, hotels, shopping malls and supermarkets, farmers' markets, Internet cafes and theaters, scenic spots, entertainment, culture and leisure and other places where personnel gather, sales personnel and customers must implement the system of wearing masks, measuring body temperature, ventilation and disinfection, maintaining social distancing, and testing health codes and itinerary codes. All kinds of medical institutions strictly implement the pre-examination triage and first diagnosis responsibility system, strengthen the management of fever diagnosis, do a good job in the prevention and control of hospital infection, and grass-roots medical institutions and individual clinics without fever clinics must not accept fever patients. All kinds of drug sales outlets strictly do a good job of fever reduction, cough, antiviral, antibiotic drugs real-name registration and fever personnel investigation report. All townships and relevant departments are required to strictly inspect the implementation of epidemic prevention and control policies in various types of venues, and resolutely shut down if there are violations of epidemic prevention and control measures.
Up to now, the city has identified a total of 349 people returning from Hohhot City, Manzhouli City and Zhazhannuoer District, and 195 people have been centrally isolated for medical observation.
