At that time in Nanjing, the people who sold cut cakes had a fairly high degree of recognition in their dress, appearance, and accent, and their extortion methods were that someone came to ask for a price, first said "10 yuan a piece", and when the cake seller cut off a large piece, it instantly appreciated to "200 yuan a knife". If the buyer is not willing to accept it, there are immediately some people around who use the ground escape technique to drill out and surround the buyer.
In short, this is no different from naked gang robbery.
Speaking of "cutting cakes", what impressed me deeply was that in a certain year, twenty-eight, my family took me who was not very sensible and passed near the bridge mouth of the Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge, and I saw a foreigner who was obviously preparing to go home for the New Year and was surrounded by another group of "foreigners", when the city security was far less than now, this carelessly deceived person must have been blackmailed a lot of money.
On the way back home for a migrant worker, I am afraid that when he encounters such a bad thing, I am afraid that his heart is extremely uncomfortable.
[2] Firecrackers and fireworks
Today's New Year is just a longer holiday, with a little more door-to-door visits and some true and false greetings. If it can be proved to be the object of the Spring Festival, firecrackers and fireworks bear the brunt of it, followed by couplets and window flowers.
There are still many differences between firecrackers and fireworks.
Firecrackers can be said to be small explosives, and they must be crackled to be strong enough. I remember when I was a child in the countryside for the New Year, in addition to the "heaven and earth sound", "a string of red" and other firecrackers purely for the purpose of "blowing up", children often like to play a miniature rocket called "channeling monkey".
There are two more impressive ways to play: the first is to put the "Monkey" flat on the river, after ignition, the firecracker will fly on the river surface for a distance, and finally will fall into the river because of the disappearance of force and gravity, if it happens to explode at the moment of falling into the water, the splash of water is the best appreciation for the cannon child.
The second is the heaviest amount of feces since there is - because the little farts are really smiling on cow dung.
This kind of gameplay is very simple and rough, players need to find fresh cow dung on the rural country road, and then insert the "channeling monkey" upside down in the cow dung, ignite, and then quickly hide back.
"Channeling monkey" will drill into cow dung because of the action of gunpowder, and after a roar, it explodes inside the cow dung, accompanied by a faint smell of gunpowder, a "breath of nature" in winter is particularly "warm", people can't help but shout "taste great".
It is worth saying that in order to reduce the possibility of the "channeling monkey" not flying around in accordance with the established direction and injuring the masses by mistake, the children often need to find a branch in advance to insert a hole in the cow dung, so as to ensure that the gunpowder can be "accurately blasted".
It is worth saying that the probability of encountering fresh cow dung in the winter is low, because the cows are generally in the cowshed in the winter, and the cowherd will rarely let the cows come out to "take a walk" and "soothe the mood". If you can meet it, it's definitely a good thing!
As for fireworks, it is not a "toy" carried in the hand in the cartoon, but a bazooka that can be "eighteen rounds" and "twenty rounds" with a less thick diameter, and after ignition, this kind of fireworks will play red, yellow, purple and other fireworks in the sky, and there are very few high-end goods that can play patterns.
Speaking of which, more than ten years ago, there were still no street lights at night in the countryside, and once it was night, the only thing that could be illuminated was probably the moonlight. Late at night Chinese New Year's Eve, near 12 o'clock, the sky above the village will be lit up by various fireworks, all kinds of firecrackers crackling, it is really a lively.
Lao Wang and Lao Zhang, the head of the village who have a slight sense of comparison, will also be higher and brighter than the fireworks of whose house.
At that time, the New Year, although I think about it now is a bit "earthy", but the noise is really noisy, and the fun is really fun.
[3] Spring union and window flowers
I remember when I was a child, the window flowers and the spring flower were one of the highlights, when the window flowers would buy ready-made, and the spring union needed the elders who could dance and ink at home to personally splash ink.
For example, red paper must be Chinese New Year's Eve cut and used on the same day, and the paste must be cooked on the same day - I can still vaguely remember a bunch of sticky things after the glutinous rice is cooked. The couplet must first paste the oldest room in the house, first the outhouse, and then the inner room. The couplet must not be crooked, once the sticking is crooked, it means that the next year is "not smooth", the upper link must be slightly higher than the lower link, and it cannot be seen at a glance that there are highs and lows.
The one given to the elderly must be related to the blessing of life, "Fu ru the East China Sea long flowing water, Shou Bi Nanshan Bulao Pine", horizontal batch is "Fu Shou Double Complete"; the rest depends on their respective needs, for example, I still remember that there is a Spring League is "Fu Wang, Cai Wang, Luck, Family Prosperity and Prosperity", and Horizontal Batch is "Joyful Door". I remember that the rule at that time was that where there was a door, there should be a spring union - even if it was a pigsty or a cowshed, I remember that there was a couplet in the pig pen that was written like this: "Fat body is white and red, thin tail, big ears and thick hoofed bear", horizontal batch is "pig industry evergreen", now think about it is quite interesting.
In fact, there are not many good memories of the Spring Festival, and with the passage of time, there are fewer and fewer fragments left. At the same time, the taste of the new year is decreasing, and the lively feeling of the New Year is becoming more and more common.
