The "Circular" pointed out that the drug supervision and administration departments of Guangdong and Zhejiang Provinces are required to file a case and investigate the registrants, recorders, entrusted production enterprises and domestic responsible persons involved in the above 50 batches of cosmetics that do not meet the regulations in accordance with the law, and order the relevant enterprises to immediately take risk control measures in accordance with the law and carry out self-inspection and rectification.
The drug supervision and administration departments of each province (autonomous region and municipality) shall order the relevant cosmetics operators to immediately stop operating the above-mentioned cosmetics, investigate their purchase inspection records in accordance with the law, and trace the source of the illegal products; if illegal acts are discovered, they shall be seriously investigated and punished in accordance with law; if they are suspected of committing crimes, they shall be transferred to the public security organs in accordance with law.
