The meeting conveyed and studied the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and the spirit of the central, provincial, and state meetings and documents, studied and implemented the opinions; listened to the reports on the coordinated promotion of the "four modernizations" and the "five main strategies" working mechanism, the implementation of the New Guofa No. 2 document, the rectification of audit problems, the new urbanization, the county's spring ploughing preparation, and the development of epidemic prevention and control work, and arranged the next step of deployment.
The meeting requested that all levels and departments should deeply study the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's recent important speech and the spirit of relevant meetings and documents of the central and provincial and state governments, resolutely achieve the "two safeguards", vigorously grasp the implementation of the work, carry out review from time to time, form a closed loop of work, and promote the decision-making and deployment of the central, provincial and state governments and the requirements of the central government, provinces and states to take root and blossom in Pu'an. The whole county should learn and understand the New Guofa No. 2 document, combine the actual situation of our county, sort out the work list, highlight the difficult points, find opportunities from the documents, find projects from the documents, and truly use the new Guofa No. 2 document to drive the high-quality economic and social development of Pu'an. It is necessary to normalize and institutionalize the work of "four by four accurate", focus on the monitoring of key personnel, the improvement of rural living environment, the full coverage of "two industries", and the comprehensive management of poverty alleviation and relocation communities, continue to make up for shortcomings, and continuously consolidate and expand the results of poverty alleviation and effective connection with rural revitalization.
The meeting demanded that the departments concerned should seize the spring ploughing season, actively organize townships (streets) to hold on-site meetings for spring ploughing and preparation, strengthen the scheduling of agricultural production materials, keep to the bottom line of agricultural development, and always make unremitting efforts to make overall plans for the development of tea, flue-cured tobacco, walnuts, Ujin chicken, tianma, and other characteristic industries.
