In 2021, our district held a total of 4 special job fairs for precision employment support, more than 200 enterprises entered the recruitment, attracted more than 1,500 unemployed people to enter and consult; developed 2,600 public welfare posts, adding more than 1,300 new jobs; held 3 classes of special employment skills training for unemployed residents, training 178 people, and promoted employment of 72 people; and introduced support policies covering the development of trade, construction, culture, digital economy and other industries, promoting more than 1,700 new jobs for enterprises.
The comprehensive assessment of employment and entrepreneurship in 2021 ranked second in the four urban areas, among which the number of college graduates employment assistance and urban new employment ranked first in the four urban areas.
The per capita disposable income of urban permanent residents was 60,746 yuan, an increase of 10.3%, ranking first in the four urban areas.
The rights protection of labor and employment rights in the whole region has been stable and improving, and the stock of wage arrears cases has always remained the smallest in the four urban areas, and it has been rated A in the city's notice on guaranteeing the payment of migrant workers' wages, ranking first in the four urban areas.
