1. Recruitment quota and target

3. Recruitment procedures

This recruitment adopts the procedures of announcement, on-site registration and qualification review, examination, physical examination, inspection, publicity, employment, etc., and the specific work of recruitment is organized and implemented by the municipal direct recruitment unit and the county and district human resources and social security bureaus and health and health bureaus.

(1) Issue announcements

(2) On-site registration and qualification review

(3) Recruitment methods

Written examinations, interviews or inspections and assessments shall be carried out, and the specific methods shall be determined by the municipal direct recruitment units, the county and district human resources and social security bureaus, and the health and health bureaus according to the application for the post.

(4) Physical examination

The physical examination and inspection work shall be organized and implemented by the municipal direct recruitment unit and the county and district human resources and social security bureaus. The physical examination shall be arranged in a hospital of level two or above, and the physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standards for Physical Examination for the Recruitment of Civil Servants (Trial Implementation) and relevant provisions.

(5) Final examination of qualifications

The relevant materials of qualified personnel for physical examination and inspection shall be reported to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for final examination of qualifications, and the vacancies caused by the abandonment of the candidates or the unqualified final examination of qualifications may be made up.

(6) Publicity

According to the results of the examination, physical examination, inspection and final qualification examination, the personnel to be hired are determined. The situation of the personnel to be hired shall be publicized by the municipal direct recruitment unit and the county and district human resources and social security bureaus and health and health bureaus, and the publicity period is 5 working days, and the personnel to be hired will not be replaced after the expiration of the publicity period.

(7) Post transfer

For posts that have not been applied for or have vacancies, they may be transferred, and the transfer work shall be organized and implemented by the municipal direct recruitment unit and the county and district human resources and social security bureaus and health and health bureaus.

(8) Employment

After the expiration of the publicity period, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will issue a notice of recruitment results, and issue the "Shaanxi Provincial Public Institutions Public Recruitment Staff Approval Form" and the "Shaanxi Provincial Public Institutions Public Recruitment Staff Notice".

The minimum service period for newly recruited county and below public institutions at the grass-roots level is 5 years. Within the minimum service period, it is not allowed to be seconded or transferred to other units in the name of work needs, etc., or to participate in the recruitment (examination) of other units.

Newly hired personnel shall handle relevant procedures such as personnel and household registration transfer on the basis of the recruitment notice, and the newly hired personnel shall be responsible for disputes arising from personal reasons or other matters unrelated to employment.

A probationary period system is introduced for newly recruited personnel. The probationary period shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations on the Administration of Personnel of Public Institutions and the Interim Measures for the Administration of Employment Contracts of Public Institutions in Shaanxi Province.

4. Relevant requirements

(1) Epidemic prevention and control

(2) Disciplinary requirements
