Beijing time 2.16 - American businessman Jared Isaacman will carry out as many as three new civil flight funding missions on the 14th after completing a civil orbital flight on the US SpaceX spacecraft last year. After that, it is planned to return to space tourism again at the end of the year! This will be the first time since space tourism that passengers have entered space twice!
The project, in collaboration with SpaceX leader Elon Musk, was named "Polaris," meaning Polaris, and the first four will fly from October to December.
In the first mission, Polaris Dawn, which has a flight time of up to 5 days, will take place the world's first commercial flight in space with the aim of updating the orbital altitude.
A spokeswoman said he and SpaceX were jointly investing in the mission, but did not provide any financial details.
The space trip will be staffed by Isaacman, an executive at shift4 Payments, which he runs, and two SpaceX engineers.
