The research group stressed that first, it is necessary to tap the characteristic advantageous industries. With the support of the industrial development of the forage base, using the resource advantages of the state and county, we will develop characteristic industries based on forage planting, livestock breeding and organic fertilizer, strive to create industrial projects with significant competitive advantages, and build demonstration points for ecological harmony and livability. Second, it is necessary to scientifically plan and accurately implement policies. On the basis of full research and demonstration, the preparation of a more scientific, accurate and pragmatic plan, it is necessary to make full use of the collective assets of the village, realize the optimal allocation of resources, further stimulate the vitality of the countryside, and truly let the villagers enjoy the development dividends brought about by the construction of the demonstration site.
