Han Duan: Before my life and work were in order, I didn't expect to have this opportunity, it was quite sudden. It may be that Shu Zong had the idea of (looking for me) after acquiring Songjiang Men's Football Team and Dalian Women's Football Team, and felt that I was a more suitable candidate. He called me through his assistant and asked me if I had any intention in this regard, and I said that I thought about it, and after thinking about it, I thought it was a good platform and opportunity, so I promised the boss, and then I went to meet and talk about it, and finally it became. Here, I would like to thank the Group and Shu Zong for their trust in me, giving me such an opportunity and platform to return to my football-related jobs.

When does Shu always contact you and how long have you been thinking about it yourself?

Just after they finished playing the women's super league game in December, Quan Jian contacted me, I thought about it for a week or so, so I went to Tianjin to meet them, and after returning to Dalian, I discussed it with my parents, and they also supported me to do what I liked, and then agreed.

What kind of impression did Quan Jian and Shu Zong leave on you?

Before, I didn't know much about them, but after contacting Shu Zong through this time, to sum up a sentence, Shu always has the kind of atmosphere of the boss. In fact, I have had the opportunity to return to football before, but to do something I like, I must first look at the boss and look at the people, so I want to challenge it.

I think that Quan Jian's determination to engage in football is very firm, otherwise he would not have made so much effort, invested so much, wanted to do something for Tianjin football, and acquired the Dalian women's football team, from this point of view, they really want to do something for football.

Talk about the role of the boss assistant. What kind of requirements does Mr. Shu have for you, and what do your responsibilities include?

I haven't asked for more, but I've only mentioned my scope of work, for example, going more with the team and learning about some of the conditions of the men's and women's soccer player training matches. Then, Gansu Satellite TV bought out the live broadcast rights of the men's and women's football for the whole year next year, and I was mainly responsible for explaining this piece. In fact, my work is mainly in the scope of hosting and explaining. There is no requirement now, because the work has not yet begun, just want to work hard and do the work in front of you well.

From this point of view, there is still a lot of intersection with the Dalian women's football team that you originally played for.

Yeah, it's mainly in the men's and women's feet. The women's soccer team has familiar coaches and players, and it may be easier to work. However, the men's football team knows less, so more communication is needed to grasp the situation and information of each player.

Back in football, what kind of goal do you want to achieve in Quan Jian, and how do you want to work hard?

I think my goal is actually very simple, that is, to do more service for the team, to explain every ball, every game, to be meaningful and valuable, so that the audience and friends like. Explain this piece, done during the Women's World Cup, but it can not be said to be professional, football this piece is still professional, but in hosting this piece, it still needs more learning. My retirement may have been a bit early, we had a good relationship in private, and if I wasn't in this circle, we probably wouldn't see each other once a year. Next season, the men's and women's football teams will follow the team, have you ever thought about how to balance your work and life?

Yes, where the team goes next year, I will go wherever I go, and I will be trapeze artists from now on. I think there are some things that you may not be able to decide on your own. I think that seeing the little masters and sisters can live such a better life and have such a good treatment, in fact, I am very happy for them. After all, the development trend of women's football cannot be to be poor all the time, you have to make women's football also rich. With achievements, the efforts put in should be rewarded, and should not be disproportionate.

What are your expectations for next year's women's supernatural?

Next year's women's super league, should be more intense, confrontational, more ornamental, the game will be more popular, after all, there is the introduction of internal and external support, each club is also investing in women's football.

After the Frenchman Bini took office, what do you think of this young Chinese women's football team?

I watched several of the national team matches, including the previous World Cup and warm-up matches. I think these players have a lot of character and potential, and I hope they can successfully qualify for the Olympic Preliminaries next February.

After you retired from the army and before you got a job offer, what were you busy with during this time?

Until October, I was always doing restaurants. Now that it's winter, I'm resting at home, and I'm also choosing a site, and I want to open another restaurant in Dalian.

Yes, because it is in Jinshitan, which is a tourist area in Dalian, last summer (business) was still good, and now I am ready to open another one in Dalian.
