In order to further promote the prevention and control of fires in winter and spring, make every effort to do a good job in fire safety work during the Lantern Festival in 2022, and effectively eliminate various safety hazards, on the evening of February 14, the Changzhi Fire Rescue Detachment organized all jurisdictions in the city to carry out the "Lantern Festival" pre-holiday fire safety night inspection action. In this night inspection operation, the city sent a total of 19 inspection teams, inspected a total of 76 social units, and found and supervised the rectification of 307 fire hazards.
During the night inspection operation, the inspection teams successively went deep into the new elements KTV, No. 9 Tangquan, Mario Bar and other places operating at night to conduct centralized inspections of KTV, hotels, restaurants and other places. Focus on checking whether the fire control room duty situation is certified and the daily fire prevention inspection record; Check in detail whether the fire passages and safety exits inside each place are unobstructed, and whether there is a phenomenon of blocking and locking; Whether the indoor fire hydrant and evacuation indication sign are complete and easy to use; Whether automatic fire fighting facilities such as automatic fire alarm system and automatic sprinkler system are operating normally; Whether all employees have received fire safety education and training and other fire safety related situations; Whether the fire safety responsibility system is sound and in place; Whether the laying of fire, electricity, gas and wire lines complies with the regulations.
In view of the problems found in the inspection, the fire inspector ordered the person in charge of the place to rectify on the spot, and required the person in charge of the place to put the fire safety work in the first place, complete with the necessary fire fighting facilities, implement the fire safety management system, keep the safe passage open, make every effort to ensure the fire safety of the place, and effectively improve the awareness of safety precautions.
The night inspection action eliminated a number of fire hazards in a timely manner, enhanced the fire safety awareness of the responsible persons of various places, supervised the implementation of fire safety work in various places, and ensured the stability of the fire safety situation in the jurisdiction.
