Compared with the record companies such as Seamount, Gelin, Lige, and Universe, which either declined or died in the 80s and 90s, Fumao Records still survives to this day, and it is a miracle to live straight.
Founded in 1961, Taiwan Fumao Records is a Taiwan subsidiary of DECA Records and the general agent of Deca Records in Taiwan. In the mid-1980s, Taiwan Fumao Records Music Co., Ltd. was established (referred to as Fumao Records), in 1986, Fumao Records established Chinese, Yu Chengqing (Haring) became the first singer signed by the record company, and since then, Yu Chengqing has never left this company. In the 1970s, the parent company Deca Records was acquired by PolyGram (International) Records, and in 1992, PolyGram acquired a 60% stake in Fumao Records to become its parent company. In 1998, Universal Records acquired PolyGram, and Fumao went on to become a subsidiary of Universal Records. In 2002, Zhang Gengyu, the elder of Fumao Records, bought back 60% of the shares it had previously sold from Universal, and the company once again became a 100% independent record label.

6. Na Ying
Na Ying is now the most senior and famous "queen of heaven" in the mainland song scene, and her singing career is not as smooth as imagined, but fortunately, there are noble people to help her along the way. In the early days, she debuted as an imitation of Su Rui, worshiped Gu Jianfen, and won the National Young Singer Newcomer Award. 8. Wang Lihong

However, Wang Lihong of Fumao Records is not the best Wang Lihong. In 1998, he switched from Fumao to Sony Records, and since then a true superstar in the Taiwanese music scene has risen.
