On February 15, the Information Office of the Guangzhou Municipal Government held a press conference on epidemic prevention and control. At the meeting, it was reported that on the 15th, Guangzhou found 2 confirmed cases of new crown pneumonia (mild) in Guangzhou, as follows:
Case 1, female, 21 years old. On the morning of February 14, from the outside city to Nansha, at about 9 p.m. on the 14th, he drove to Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for nucleic acid sampling, and then stayed at the Hampton By Hilton Hotel in Huadu District, and at 8:30 on the 15th, the nucleic acid test report was initially positive, and the re-sampling and re-examination results of the municipal and district CDC were positive.
Case 2, female, 23 years old. On the morning of 14 February, the same case 1 traveled from the outer city to Nansha, after which the two traveled in the same way. Found positive during the close contact process of case 1, it is a companion of case 1.
At present, the case has been transferred to the Eighth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University for isolation and treatment, and has been diagnosed as a confirmed case of new crown pneumonia (mild) by the medical treatment expert group through comprehensive clinical, imaging performance and laboratory test results, and is currently in stable condition. Virus whole gene sequencing and comparison work is underway.
After the outbreak of the epidemic, the three levels of provinces and municipalities immediately launched an emergency response mechanism for epidemic prevention and control, quickly opened an on-site command center, organized the sinking of prevention and control forces to the front line, resolutely upgraded control measures, orderly promoted epidemiological investigation, traceability and prevention and control management, and implemented epidemic prevention measures such as terminal disinfection of relevant places and environments.
As of 18:00 on February 15, the city has screened a total of 190 close contacts, 56 sub-close contacts, and 86 key personnel in total; all the above personnel have collected nucleic acids, and the results have been negative, and all of them have been included in management.

On February 15, Shenzhen added 3 new confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia.
Among them, 2 cases were close contacts of the "0213" epidemic cases that had been centrally isolated and observed, and 1 case was found by routine nucleic acid testing for key personnel.

Case 4, male, 17 years old, quarantined hotel staff of inbound passengers, was a close contact of the "0213" epidemic case 1 that had been intensively isolated and observed, and was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new crown pneumonia (mild).
Case 5, male, 23 years old, quarantined hotel staff of inbound passengers, was a close contact of the "0213" epidemic case 1 who had been intensively isolated and observed, and was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new crown pneumonia (mild).
The two cases were in a closed-loop management state during the working period in the past 14 days, and the trajectory of activities was from the work dormitory (spring apartment in Xinhu Street and Fuyu Industrial Zone in Guangming District) to the isolation hotel "two points and one line".
At present, the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention has completed the whole genome sequencing of the new coronavirus in "0213" epidemic cases 2 and 3, and the sequencing results are all Omilon variants (BA.2 evolutionary branches). After comparison, the sequence of the new crown virus in cases 1-3 is highly homologous, suggesting the same chain of transmission. Gene sequencing work for cases 4 and 5 is ongoing.
Another case found that the trajectory involved Luohu during the routine inspection of key personnel
On February 15, during the routine nucleic acid testing of key personnel, a confirmed case of new crown pneumonia was found.
Case 1, female, 54 years old, staff member of Minghualou Shopping Mall, Dongmen Street, Luohu District, lives in Qingshuihe Street, Luohu District.
On February 15, the initial screening was positive, and after the Shenzhen Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention reviewed positive, it was transferred to the emergency branch of the Third People's Hospital of Shenzhen for isolation and treatment, and was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new crown pneumonia (mild).
Preliminary circulation survey found that its main activity trajectory in Shenzhen in recent days is as follows:

The relevant municipal and district departments are comprehensively tracing the activity trajectory and personnel contact of all cases in the past 14 days, and the close contacts and sub-close contacts traced have been controlled as required.
The places of work and residence of all cases have been controlled, and the key places where they have been active have been subjected to environmental nucleic acid sampling and terminal disinfection. In accordance with the principle of "due diligence", continue to strengthen the investigation and management of general contacts and key groups.
There were 7 new locally confirmed cases in Inner Mongolia
According to the website of the Inner Mongolia Health Commission, at 0-24:00 on February 15, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region reported no new suspected cases and asymptomatic infected people, and 7 new locally confirmed cases (1 case in Yuquan District of Hohhot City, 1 case in Saihan District, and 5 cases in Manzhouli City of Hulunbuir). The specific circumstances of the new local confirmed cases are as follows:
Confirmed cases 1 and 2: For the relationship of colleagues, all of them were positive for nucleic acid test through active consultation in Hohhot on February 15, and were positive after review, and were diagnosed as confirmed cases of new crown pneumonia after consultation by expert groups.
Confirmed cases 3 and 4: Both were confirmed cases of new crown pneumonia in Manzhouli City on February 15 through active nucleic acid testing, positive after review, and diagnosed as confirmed cases of new crown pneumonia after consultation with expert groups.
Confirmed cases 5 to 7: All are close contacts of cases 3 and 4, who tested positive for nucleic acid on close contacts, tested positive after review, and were diagnosed as confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia through consultation with expert groups.
At present, the above 7 people have been transferred to the designated hospital for isolation and treatment, and the relevant circulation and investigation work is underway.

At 0-24:00 on February 15, there were 19 new locally confirmed cases in Jiangsu (18 cases reported in Suzhou City, 1 case reported in Nantong City, all of which were isolated and treated in designated hospitals), and 3 new cases of local asymptomatic infection (1 case reported in Suzhou City, 2 cases reported in Wuxi City, all under isolation medical observation in designated hospitals).
The Suzhou Municipal Joint Prevention and Control Headquarters for the Prevention and Control of the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic issued a notice that from 0:00 on February 16, 2022, 7 places, including 21 Chang'an Garden in Wujiang District, 40 buildings in Longxi New Village in Wuzhong District, 273 buildings in The Second Phase of Shimao Shihuwan Garden in Wuzhong District, 3 buildings in Suzhou Vanke Charm Garden in Xiangcheng District, No. 3 Building Dazhu Garden in Gusu District, 18 buildings in Lanxi Garden in Suzhou Industrial Park, and 26 buildings in Jinxi Garden in Suzhou Industrial Park, will be adjusted to medium-risk areas.
