After renovation and upgrading, the original house façade is old, large areas of rust, flying lines are messy, and the problems of security door damage have been swept away. No. 85 Taohuawu Street is located in the north of Taohuawu Street in Guancui Lane West, and was built in 1992. The building is in the form of a lower bunk house, and the ground floor is the Xianghuaqiao Vegetable Farm.
The renovation involved a total of 2 houses, 28 households, and a construction area of about 5400 square meters. In the process of renovation, the façade style of the building follows the requirements of Suzhou Historical and Cultural City and Suzhou Traditional Residential Body Color, focusing on creating a quiet and traditional taste of Suzhou Ancient City, beautifying the new on the basis of the original community building, and looking good at the same time, it is better to live.
This year, the reserve and Gusu District plan to renovate 12 old residential areas, involving 381 houses, 10,206 residents, with a total construction area of about 1,021,500 square meters, changing out the residents' full sense of happiness and new life.
