Harden Terms? Super giant or unable to do whatever it wants

After Harden's trade, Marc Stein revealed that from some of his sources, league officials and some team owners will explore ways to punish and restrict players from applying for a trade in the next collective bargain.

The approach could be the use of fine sanctions, and league officials and some team owners fear that other high-paying players will follow Harden's lead.

In fact, in the past few years, there have been many players who have applied for trades, George to the Pacers, thick eyebrows to the Pelicans and Simmons this season, and the reason why Harden will be set up as a model is because he has been forced to apply for trades in the form of "strikes" in Houston and Brooklyn in the past 13 months, and the time in between is too short.

However, it is difficult to be effective in this way of fines, after all, when encountering Simmons, it is not afraid of fines, and the boss is worried when he looks at it, and he invests in the team to make money, and the fine is only a symptom but not a cure. And these measures have to be negotiated with the players' union, and the league itself says that it does not count.

The existing collective bargaining agreement will not expire until the end of the 2023-24 season, when the two sides will formally negotiate whether it will be included, and it will be known at that time.
