The centralized compilation was sponsored by the Guizhou Geological and Cultural Federation, led by the 102 geological team, and co-organized by the 106 and 114 geological teams, which lasted for 7 days. This issue of "Rhododendron" combined with the characteristics of Zunyi geological survey unit to open a column of "Changes in the Old Base", and at the same time, 125 literary manuscripts and 68 calligraphy and painting photographic works received in the columns of the Rhododendron Literary Circle, Geological and Mineral Records, Captain's Vision, Novel Forest, Prose Garden, Poetry Valley, and the Centenary essay on the Founding of the Party were screened, preliminarily reviewed and edited, and after intense and orderly work, a total of nearly 100 works were initially selected and will be finalized and printed in the near future. During the editing and revision period, the editorial department guided the revised authors to create a number of essays and poems. In order to remember the years of knowing the youth, being grateful for the deep feelings of the homeland, telling cultural stories well, and empowering rural revitalization, the editorial department also jointly carried out literary collection and literary lecture activities with local village organizations and village-based work teams.

According to the editorial arrangements, on the morning of October 15, all the editorial staff braved the rain to go to Jintian Village, Sidu Town, to carry out literary collection activities, and concentrated on visiting the former site of the Paizidong Anti-Japanese War Armory, the "Buzhengba Farm" of the original Zhiqingxia Rural Point of the 102 Geological Team, and the former site of the Coal Mine Exploration Detachment Of the Buzhengba 102 Geological Team.
