Recently, in order to further strengthen and enhance the comprehensive quality and professional level of the enforcement work team, and strengthen the awareness of enforcement cadres and police officers in grasping the case procedure, the Mulei County Court in Xinjiang organized all the enforcement officers to carry out business knowledge learning and exchange activities, and realized a good learning and working atmosphere of "passing on help and growing together".
At the event, Zhang Zhanguo, deputy director of the executive bureau of the court, combined his own implementation work experience, shared his experience and understanding in the work with everyone, and through on-site operation drills, relying on the enforcement case handling system, focusing on case acceptance, service of documents, network inspection and control, property control, case closure and other links, and explained the various procedures for enforcement cases, the requirements for trial, laws and regulations and other knowledge item by item.
After the study, the cadres and policemen said that they would strengthen their study in their work, learn from each other, continuously improve the level of case handling, earnestly achieve standardized and efficient implementation, and actively respond to the needs of the people.
