There must have been commanders of military regions on both sides, namely General Han Xianchu on the second from the right and Lieutenant General Pi Dingjun on the third from the right. Han Xianchu was 61 years old at the time, and Pi Dingjun was 1 year younger than him, just 60 years old. The heroic thunderbolt generals of that year are now old.
Pi Dingjun was from Jinzhai, Anhui, and Han Xianchu was from Hong'an, Hubei, and they were both generals from Dabie Mountain, the generals of the Red Fourth Front. Pi Dingjun was a famous general in the central plains breakthrough, the lone army to the east, covering the main force, the main force suffered heavy losses, but the formation of the pi brigade was relatively well preserved.
This is a miracle. Many years later, Chairman Mao said, "Pi has meritorious service, less jinzhong." Pi Dingjun became Chairman Mao's lieutenant general. Therefore, some people also say, "Han Yougong, Zhongjin Shang," and Han Xianchu is a general appointed by Chairman Mao, which is not true.
Chairman Mao said, "Pi has meritorious service, less Jin Zhong", but he has not said ,"Han has meritorious service, and Zhongjin is promoted to Shang". The six words "Pi Yougong, Shao Jin Zhong" can be seen in the memorial hall about Pi Dingjun, but he has never seen the six words of "Han Yougong, Zhongjin Shang".
These six words are an insult to The Cyclone Commander Han Xianchu, and Chairman Mao absolutely did not say these six words. With Han Xianchu's revolutionary qualifications and outstanding military achievements, there is no controversy or suspense about the conferring of the admiralship.
Pi Dingjun and Han Xianchu are more related, he is in the Fuzhou Military Region, to Han Xianchu as a deputy for more than ten years, are famous generals, work cooperation is better, personal relations are also good, so let the two of them transfer, is the most appropriate. However, there are very few photos of the two famous generals, so this one is relatively rare.
There are commanders of two major military districts, and there are also political commissars of the two military regions. They are Li Zhimin, political commissar of the Fuzhou Military Region on the right, and Xian Henghan, political commissar of the Lanzhou Military Region, wearing glasses on the third left.
Li Zhimin was also a founding general, an outstanding political worker general who came out of peng Dehuai's Red Third Army, served as the political commissar of the Volunteer Army, served as the commander-in-chief of the General Choir on the tenth anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and served as a political commissar at the Higher Military Academy after returning to China.
During the special period, Li Zhimin's situation was not too good. He told Han Xianchu that he wanted to do some more work for the revolution. Han Xianchu was often able to see Chairman Mao, so he proposed to Chairman Mao that Li Zhimin be sent to the Fuzhou Military Region as a political commissar. Chairman Mao agreed.

Relatively speaking, Xian Henghan is a veteran political commissar of the Lanzhou Military Region. Xian Henghan was a general in the Red Seventh Army and a native of Guangxi Zhuang.
After the Red Army's Long March reached northern Shaanxi, Xian Henghan fought in the great northwest and engaged in the political leadership of the army. In 1955, the Lanzhou Military Region was established, and Xian Henghan became the first political commissar, working for one or two decades, during which he was also the secretary of the Gansu Provincial Party Committee.
In 1969, Pi Dingjun came to Lanzhou Military Region as a commander, Xian Henghan and Pi Dingjun partnered, both founding lieutenant generals, and they worked very well together.

Two years later, in 1976, Pi Dingjun was tragically killed in a plane crash at the age of 62. Han Xianchu joined the Central Military Commission in 1980 as a member of the Standing Committee and died in 1986 at the age of 73. Sin Henghan was later removed from office due to special period problems and died in 1991 at the age of 80. Li Zhimin died in 1987 at the age of 81.
