On the morning of February 11, the meeting of the Rural Work Leading Group of the Xincai County Party Committee was held in the conference room on the first floor of Block D of the Citizens' House. The meeting conveyed and studied the spirit of relevant meetings and documents, and studied and deliberated on the work of human settlement environment improvement and rural revitalization. Present at the meeting were Shao Fenggong, secretary of the Xincai County CPC Committee; Li Yong, deputy secretary of the county party committee and county magistrate; Gui Zhaoquan, deputy secretary of the county party committee; Liu Jiufeng, deputy governor of the county government; and Lin Xinfeng, vice chairman of the CPPCC county committee.
Shao Fenggong presided over the meeting and made a speech. He pointed out that all townships (streets) and departments should thoroughly convey and study the spirit of the second observation meeting of the city's rural human settlement environment improvement action, conscientiously sum up experience, find gaps, formulate reward and punishment methods, strictly implement the accountability mechanism, and ensure that the improvement of rural human settlements environment achieves practical results. It is necessary to have a clear understanding of the current situation, make plans and arrangements as soon as possible, and implement the work of improving the living environment in rural areas as soon as possible.
Shao Fenggong stressed that in connection with rural revitalization, it is necessary to speed up the promotion of projects, do a good job in the construction of project libraries, implement accurate inputs, and make bright spots and characteristics in industrial development; it is necessary to comprehensively promote the construction of major infrastructure such as transportation, forest networks, and industries, make up for the shortcomings of infrastructure, grasp the scale of industry to ensure growth, and at the same time integrate project funds to provide financial guarantees for the large-scale, industrialization, and modernization of agriculture; all departments should accurately grasp the consolidation of the results of poverty alleviation and the combination of the "three rural" work, and vigorously carry forward the spirit of poverty alleviation. Consolidate and expand the results of poverty alleviation, comprehensively promote rural revitalization, and strive to create a new situation in the "three rural areas" work.
