The victim said he was a drug enforcement agency agent in training and attending criminal justice school. It's been 1 year since Golden, who gave her a Drug Enforcement Bureau badge and a photo ID. The duo often practiced shooting and rode every night to spy on suspects. He also said that Golden had promised her that she would eventually be trained with other agents and gave them names such as "Agent Anderson," "Agent Louise" and "Agent Garcia."

It is reported that these names were subsequently identified as made up by Golden. The indictment states that the U.S. Drug Administration's Portland Regional Office did not employ any special agents under those names.

Seeing that the truth has fallen, Golden hastened to say that he and the woman like cosplay.

The US media pointed out that the complaint did not mention that Golden seduced the woman and made her believe in the possible motives of his agents trained by the Drug Enforcement Administration. After a brief hearing, the judge released Golden under some conditions. First, Golden had to find a full-time job or go to school, or both. Meanwhile, all travel by Golden within Oregon is banned unless he gets permission to leave the state, among other things. If Golden does not comply with these rules, he will continue to be prosecuted. If convicted, Golden faces up to three years in federal prison in prison and a fine of up to $250,000 (about 1.59 million yuan).
