1. Click the WPS menu bar and insert the table under the menu bar
2. According to the information requirements you want to fill in, insert the corresponding rows and list cells, generally 3 rows/4 rows + 2 columns
3. Enter text in the table in the first column and pull the vertical lines in the table to the appropriate position
4. Select the first column of information, right-click on Borders and Shading, under The Settings under the Border tab, select "None"

5. After the settings are set, then select the second column, right-click - click Borders and Shading, preview under the Borders tab, click Cancel top and rightmost box lines, click OK
6. Enter the text now, and the underline will not change anything
