Yesterday, Shanghai Disney Resort's inaugural "International Gourmet Boogie" was officially opened in Disneytown.
13 food kiosks overlooking global experiences such as "Latin Style", "Italian Promenade", "Seoul Snacks", "Hawaiian Passion", as well as exciting culinary experiences and Disney live entertainment.
It is worth mentioning that most of the dishes that appeared in this "International Cuisine Boogie" are limited supply, and they cannot be enjoyed in the park.
Appreciation
The most important theme of "International Cuisine" is naturally food. This event is located on the shores of Disneytown Lake, and the pavilions are the delicious gathering places.
Each food kiosk has a theme with 2 to 3 dishes, and 5 to 8 different drinks and desserts to pair.
Spiced Australian beef corn paste and ice grass
(40 RMB 90g)
There are many ways to make fresh beef from Australia, but pairing it with traditional Chinese five-spice powder is definitely worth trying. This family condiment, which was commonly used in the post-80s era, is now reproduced in the jianghu, and has been seasoned by chefs to complement the fresh flavor of beef. It was also a dish that had received a very good response in internal tests some time earlier.
Espresso seafood
(40 RMB 85g)
Tomatoes are the soul of Italian cuisine. This espresso seafood is made with fresh tomatoes, which have the umami flavor of seafood, and after the entrance, there is a sweet and sour taste unique to tomatoes, sweet and sour, and you can't help but sweep away the remaining tomato sauce after eating.
Slow cooked spicy New Zealand deer ribs
(40 RMB 80g)
Venison is not a common ingredient in Chinese diet recipes, so citizens who want to try venison should not miss it. Venison is slightly thicker than beef, but it is also more resilient and full of flavor. In addition to this dish, there is also a plum-flavored New Zealand deer rib to try, and the sour one is also delicious.
Grilled asparagus and smoked corn salad
This seemingly "unremarkable" salad is actually hidden in the mystery. The 3D shape of Mickey Egg actually took the park chefs a whole year to officially develop it, and only Shanghai Disney can eat it!
Korean-style Australian beef tortillas
Australian beef is online again. This time, the beef was made into a tortilla filling, seasoned with Korean kimchi, spicy, tender and appetizing, and certified as Korean flavor.

In addition to the above dishes,
There are more delicacies waiting for everyone to dig up in the food kiosk
Of course, there is also fine wine in addition to the food, and the food and drinks are carefully matched by the chef, which can be called a combination of color and taste.
Each food kiosk has beers, wines, cocktails and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages from all over the world to choose from, and the yuzu flavor, frosted orange flavor and peach mojito smoothie are not only refreshing, but also very good-looking, which is perfect for eating and patting friends in this spring breeze season.
Hands-on
After eating food, you can also be an "advanced diner" who can eat and cook at the "International Cuisine".
