Not far from the bridge, in the workshop called "Shuyuan", classical music slowly flows out of the oak speakers, a pot of snow water from the mountain is boiling on the fire, and Wang Chao, the non-hereditary inheritor of the Meishan moraine rock carving technique, is carefully polishing new works.
Wang Chao selected the best water material from the river that conformed to his own willingness to conceive, excavated according to the idea, carved the details and lines in place, and then performed according to the details of the part, which needed to be polished by hand, constantly from thick to fine, polished more than 30 times, and carefully carved to present the modeling characteristics of the moraine rock carving.
Wang Chaoxin created a green goose-shaped moraine rock stone, the shape is simple, round and lovely, the outer edge leaves a natural shell, the ink pool is green and can be seen, the rough subdivision is bright, and the elegance of the Song Dynasty literary supplies is permeated. He said: "The raw material of this Fang Yantai is Anhua's unique moraine rock, which has been 600 million years, and the creative inspiration comes from the early Ming Dynasty Fang Lao Yan, because the artistic style of the early Ming Dynasty is still following the Song Dynasty, concise and literary, so there is a shadow of the Song." ”
