In the process of production and operation of imported cold chain food and imported fruits, it is necessary to adhere to the special channel purchase, special area storage, and special counter sales, and it is strictly forbidden to cross-transport and store with domestic cold chain food and domestic fruits. The transportation and storage environment and related supplies and utensils should be regularly ventilated, cleaned and disinfected.
III. Strictly implement personnel protection measures
Ensure that employees are healthy on the job, do a good job of personal protection, and wear masks, gloves and overalls and hats correctly during work. Nucleic acid testing is done every 2 days for direct exposure of imported cold chain food, nucleic acid testing is done every 15 days for indirectly exposed personnel, and nucleic acid testing is done every 7 days for imported fruit practitioners.
