Previously, on January 28, Zhang Yunming attended the symposium on promoting the healthy and sustainable development of Internet enterprises as a member of the party group of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Zhang Yunming, born in October 1967, is a member of the Communist Party of China, with a university degree and a senior engineer. In July 1990, after graduating from the Computer Software Major of the Department of Computer Science of Harbin Institute of Technology, he was transferred to the General Office of the Central Committee and served as the deputy director of the Information Center of the General Office of the Central Committee. In January 2022, he was appointed as a member of the Party Group of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
