Trimble launches FieldLink MR, a mixed reality solution for building construction based on HoloLens 2

Trimble FieldLink MR is based on the Trimble Connect collaboration platform, which uses holograms to guide workers through construction work, thereby improving efficiency.

The lack of skilled workers remains a key challenge for contractors, and reducing the complexity of site layouts is critical to helping less experienced employees get the job done with high quality.

With The Trimble FieldLink MR, field workers can visualize relevant construction data, eliminating the need for hand-held instruments to go back and forth to locate each construction site. Visual cues presented through mixed reality helmets naturally guide workers to specific locations and display relevant ancillary information at the construction site.
