For example, on January 16, 2022, when the law enforcement team members carried out inspection work at the Baodi Station of the Tianjin Jixian Expressway, they found that the passenger vehicle under the name of a passenger transport company in Tianjin was carrying 23 passengers from Baodi District of Tianjin to Chongqing City, and after investigation, the driver of the car printed the chartered passenger identification plate privately for operation, and the corps immediately launched the safety production filing procedure, and the company did not take measures to eliminate the hidden dangers of the accident, and according to the relevant provisions of the "People's Republic of China Work Safety Law", it was given an administrative penalty of a fine of 30,000 yuan.
The second is to carry out the "Falcon 2" operation to crack down on the illegal behavior of "two passengers and one danger" road transport vehicles. Cooperate with public security traffic management, market supervision and other departments to establish a coordination mechanism, and use information means to accurately check "black passenger transport" and "black dangerous chemical" transport vehicles. Since the launch of the epidemic prevention and control work on January 10, the law enforcement corps has seized more than 10 illegal passenger vehicles, ensuring the safe travel of the people.
The third is to continue to deepen the special rectification effect of taxis, and increase law enforcement inspections for cruises and rental of online ride-hailing vehicles. Continue to strengthen the purification and improvement of the environmental order of "three stations and one station", comprehensively use the "key supervision list", complaint handling, multi-departmental joint rectification and other methods, and increase the normalization of governance in areas where taxis refuse to take detours and charge more and "black network appointments" and other areas where the masses strongly respond. Guide the Dongli Detachment, together with the Municipal Road Transport Bureau, the Airport Public Security Sub-Bureau, and the Tianjin Airport Operation Company, to jointly issue the "Notice on Carrying Out Special Rectification Actions to Severely Crack Down on the Illegal Acts of "Pulling In Activities and Soliciting Passengers" and Standardizing the Management of Passenger Transport Order in the Tianjin Binhai International Airport Area, to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the law-abiding and compliant driver group, reduce the waiting time in the queue in the car storage area, and maintain the operation order in the depot area. At the same time, in cooperation with the Municipal Cyberspace Administration of China, the "Huizhi Online Ride-hailing" model and the "New Traffic Format" scenario were established, and the compliance rate was increased by increasing law enforcement, enriching scientific and technological means and accurately interviewing key online ride-hailing platform enterprises, so as to protect the legitimate rights and interests of compliant online ride-hailing operators.
The fourth is to strengthen the control of overloading. The joint public security traffic management department regularly carries out the control of overloading at the entrances and exits of the expressway, cracks down on the "100-ton king" vehicles, and effectively curbs the safety accidents caused by illegal overloaded vehicles. For example, on January 24, 2022, when the second high-speed detachment of the law enforcement corps conducted an inspection of the epidemic prevention and control work of the tianjin passage at the entrance of the Jinjin Tanggu toll station, it was found that two large transport vehicles had illegal behavior of driving beyond the limit on the highway without permission, and the offending party was fined an administrative penalty of 16,000 yuan and ordered to eliminate the safety hazard.
