Qin Ting, a native of Shandong, was born in Tianjin in 1981. He is a member of the China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association and a senior registered calligraphy teacher of the China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association. At the age of 13, he studied hard and soft pen calligraphy with Mr. Liu Tongqing. Later, he studied freehand Chinese painting with Teacher Zhou Yueqing. Under the recommendation of Teacher Zhou, I was fortunate to continue to learn soft pen calligraphy with Teacher Sun Ronggang. He is good at calligraphy, calligraphy, and writing. Starting from Liu Ou, he then studied Erwang, Huang Ziyuan, Lu Zhongnan, Tian Yingzhang, etc. Immerse yourself in the famous inscriptions of the past.
He is currently teaching at Tianjin Yirutang Calligraphy and Painting Institute and has been teaching calligraphy for seven years. Teacher, preach and teach karma to solve puzzles also! "Spring Morning" was created in 2019, a work in the early days of Qin Ting's ink paintings. At the beginning of this century, Qin Ting's works gradually got rid of the shackles of form, and reconstructed natural scenes with the concept of modern design composition to form a simple and simple semi-abstract style. Carrying nostalgia, "Jingu Jiangnan Water Town" is Qin Ting's favorite theme and one of the important themes for realizing her artistic concept. In this series of thematic works, he set up a complex structure formed by the intersection of points, lines and surfaces, using black and white blocks, arcs and curves to form a variety of changing pictures, using geometric abstract elements to express the morphological beauty of objective objects, interweaving rhythm and rhythm with pure points and lines, and exploring a unique visual expression between simplicity and complexity, which can be seen in this painting of "Spring Morning". The picture composition of "Spring Morning" is very exquisite, in the quiet small village of Jingu, a row of villages are arranged horizontally, a large number of trees protrude upwards with new branches, arranged into a triangular structure, the sky blank in the upper left corner and the blank water surface in the lower right corner form a diagonal trend, and the scenery arrangement is simple and ingenious. The black canopy, white stone, and ships in the painting are simplified into large and small geometric color blocks, the triangle of the roof, the standing of the distant mountains, and the shape together form the tone of black, white and gray, these black, white and gray blocks are not rigid, but have different forms, juxtaposed, staggered, overlapping, overlapping, showing the spatial changes and far-reaching sense of layer by layer, as Xue Yongnian said, "Simple geometric arrangement constitutes an infinitely rich sense of form." The trees interspersed in the village are written in dry and heavy ink with a very calligraphic stroke, and then rendered with a base color of line green, and the dark black upper dots are dyed with dense ink spots, showing the elegant posture and exuberant vitality of the trees. Finally, the cold and warm contrast with the trees is randomly formed on the screen, and the picture is brightened with white colors, which is like spring. This painting achieves a balance between abstraction and figuration, using the pen to consult vertically and horizontally, showing the beauty of simple and pure geometric composition through the contrast between black and white, virtual and real, more and less, and conveying the quiet poetry of Jingu folk houses, quite the charm of traditional landscape painting.
