From the night of the 10th to the day of the 11th: there is light to moderate snow in the eastern part of Harbin and the west of the Peony River, it is cloudy in the north of Daxing'anling and Heihe, and there are cloudy snow showers in other areas.
From the night of the 11th to the day of the 12th: Jiamusi, Shuangyashan, Jixiyin have moderate snowfall, the eastern Heihe River, Yichun, Hegang, northern Suihua, Harbin, Qitaihe, Mudanjiang have cloudy snow showers, and other areas are sunny and sometimes cloudy.
Night of the 12th to daytime of the 13th: The snow in the east of Jiamusi and the east of Shuangyashan turned cloudy, and other areas were sunny and sometimes cloudy.
