The order has a short delivery time and heavy tasks, and it is necessary to complete a number of tasks such as technology transformation, production organization, test inspection and customer first inspection in less than 7 days. To this end, the company set up a special leadership group for the first time, and formulated a detailed quality control, inspection and testing and production organization plan.
