The marina can accommodate yachts up to 60 meters long. Marina Málaga SAN, an entity of Qatari investment group Al Alfia, is the main investor in the Málaga San Andres Marina project worth approximately €60 million. The project represents a commitment to the economic development of Malaga and IGY will become the exclusive manager and marketer of the terminal.

"We are delighted to be part of the San Andrés Marina project in Malaga. The opportunity to have IGY's expertise and personnel operate and market this important project represents a further opportunity for IGY to continue to invest in the overall development of the maritime industry in the city of Malaga," said Tom Mukamal, CEO of IGY Marinas.

IGY Marinas manages a range of marinas across the United States, the Caribbean, Europe and South America, providing clients with exclusive access to luxury marinas and surrounding real estate.

The project is located in the heart of Malaga, just a short walk from the historic city centre and 20 minutes from Malaga Costa del Sol Airport. The site will include an 8,000 square metre land development including crew facilities, shops, restaurants, concierge services and more.
